Claims (8)
- Schnellkupplungseinrichtung (10) für eine Batterieendklemme von einem Typ umfassend aus einem Kabelschuh (12), der zumindest teilweise den Schaft der Endklemme umschließt, sowie Mitteln zum Festklemmen des Kabelschuhs (12) an der Endklemme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kabelschuh (12) ein aus Blech gestanztes und zu einer elastisch komprimierbaren Zange gefalztes Teil ist, das einen offenen schleifenförmigen Abschnitt (14) zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Schaft der Endklemme aufweist, und dessen Enden eine Verlängerung in Form von zwei ungefähr parallel zur Achse der Schleife angeordneten Bügeln (16, 18) besitzen, und die mittels eines gelenkig am Kabelschuh (12) um eine Achse angebrachten Klemmhebels geschlossen wird, wobei sich diese Achse ungefähr senkrecht zur Achse der Schleife befindet und einer ihrer aktiven Teile (32) mit den Bügeln zusammenwirkt, um diese einander zu nähern und so für eine Reduzierung der Dimension der Schleife durch deren elastische Verformung zu sorgen.
- Schnellkupplungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aktive Teil (32) des Klemmhebels (13) ein gabelförmiger Abschnitt mit zwei Zinken (34, 36) zur Aufnahme der beiden Bügel (16, 18) des Kabelschuhs (12) ist. - Schnellkupplungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmhebel (13) ein Hebel des zweiten Typs ist, dessen Gelenkachse sich oberhalb des Kabelschuhs ungefähr rechts von dem einwärts gekrümmten Boden des schleifenförmigen Abschnitts (14) befindet und in senkrechter Richtung zu den Bügeln (16, 18) angeordenet ist. - Schnellkupplungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkachse des Hebels (13) aus einer länglichen am Ende des Körpers (20) des Hebels (13) ausgeformten Lasche gebildet ist, die mit Spiel in einem mit dem Kabelschuh (12) aus einem Stück bestehenden Ohr (28) aufgenommen wird und sich vom kreisförmigen oberen Rand (30) des schleifenförmigen Abschnitts (14) aus axial nach oben erstreckt. - Schnellkupplungseinrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (13) zwei sich parallel vom Hebelkörper aus in Richtung Kabelschuh erstreckende eingeklemmte Einhängearme (42, 44) besitzt, deren hakenförmige freie Enden (46, 48) sich in eine entsprechende Aussparung (50) des Kabelschuhs (12) setzen, wenn sich die Einrichtung in Klemmposition befindet.
- Schnellkupplungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, kombiniert mit einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhängearme (42, 44) zwischen der Gelenkachse und dem aktiven Teil (32) des Hebels angeordnet sind, wobei ihre Enden (46, 48) in einem seitlichen Schlitz (50) des schleifenförmigen Abschnitts (14) des Kabelschuhs (12) aufgenommen werden.
- Schnellkupplungseinrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel in einem Stück aus nichtleitendem Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Schnellkupplungseinrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Bügel (16) des Kabelschuhs (12) eine Bördelkralle (52) aus mindestens einem elektrischen Anschlußkabel umfaßt.
