Claims (9)
- Procédé d'emballage automatique dans des sacs de produits alimentaires, comprenant les opérations de positionnement du produit par des moyens d'insertion F, prêts pour l'introduction dans le sac ; retrait d'un sac à la fois à partir du magasin d'alimentation approprié (A) et transfert (C) dans sa position de remplissage ; ouverture (D) du sac ; maintien de celui-ci en position ouverte, ce qui évite le contact entre le produit et les bords de fermeture du sac ; déplacement des moyens d'insertion (F) dans le sac ouvert et introduction du produit dans ledit sac ouvert ; retour de tous les moyens dans leur position de départ pour le début d'un nouveau cycle et transfert simultané (H) du sac, maintenant rempli, avec le produit vers l'étape suivante d'emballage, caractérisé par les étapes d'élargissement du sac de manière à ce qu'il soit prêt pour l'insertion du produit au moyen de deux convoyeurs ajustables (E) ; et positionnement et acheminement du produit sur les moyens d'insertion, au moyen d'un tapis convoyeur commandé (G).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cycles de production sont automatiquement commandés au moyen d'un microprocesseur qui commande et dirige chaque opération et mouvement individuel avec possibilité de programmer les fonctions en relation avec la taille du produit.
- Méthode selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les commandes du cycles opératoires sont déterminés et dirigés par la condition "prêt" de l'équipement suivant dans la ligne de conditionnement et l'arrivée du produit à insérer dans les moyens d'insertion.
- Appareil pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, comprenant un magasin (A) de sacs vides ; une unité (B) pour extraire un par un les sacs vides du magasin ; un guide motorisé (C) sur lequel l'unité d'extraction (B) est fixée ; une unité (D) pour l'ouverture du sac ; un tapis convoyeur (F) pour l'insertion du produit dans le sac ouvert ; un tapis convoyeur (H) pour envoyer le produit inséré dans le sac vers les phases d'emballage suivantes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également deux convoyeurs ajustables E pour élargir le sac pour l'insertion du produit ; un tapis convoyeur commandé (G) par le positionnement et l'amenée du produit sur le tapis convoyeur d'insertion ; un microprocesseur pour l'entraînement et la commande de chaque opération et mouvement individuel.
- Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le magasin (A) de sacs vides est ajustable selon la taille des sacs et est entraîné par un cylindre pneumatique pour la prise des sacs un par un.
- Appareil selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que l'unité (B) d'extraction des sacs vides est équipé avec des ventouses, des pinces entraînées par un cylindre pneumatique pour garantir la stabilité du sac et d'un cylindre pneumatique pour déplacer l'unité (B) verticalement pour déterminer l'ouverture du sac.
- Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'ouverture (D) du sac est pourvue de ventouses et de pinces entraînées par un cylindre pneumatique pour assurer la stabilité du sac durant l'ouverture et le remplissage avec le produit.
- Appareil selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le tapis convoyeur d'insertion (F) est fixé sur un moyen de transfert motorisé qui déplace l'unité en l'insérant dans le sac ouvert, pour décharger le produit à l'intérieur dudit sac et à la fin du cycle pour la retirer dans une position pour recevoir du convoyeur de positionnement disposé devant lui un nouveau produit.
- Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les convoyeurs (E, F, G, H sont montés sur des rainures ajustables et sont entraînés par des cylindres pneumatiques qui agrandissent le sac à la dimension requise en évitant le contact du produit avec l'ouverture du sac.
