Claims (7)
- Dosiersäule eines elektronischen Karussells zum Abfüllen von verflüssigtem Erdölgas in Flaschen mit folgenden Merkmalen:- einem verpuffungssicheren Gehäuse (2);- einem oberen und einem unteren, vertikal angeordneten, rotierenden Kollektor, wobei der obere (1) den Kollektor für die Energie darstellt, welcher mit einem elektrischen Anschluß (3) versehen ist, und innerhalb des verpuffungssicheren Gehäuses (2) angeordnet und an diesem befestigt ist;- der obere Kollektor (1) besitzt einen oberen, inneren feststehenden Teil (6) und einen oberen, äußeren rotierenden Teil (7), und der untere Kollektor (19) besitzt einen unteren, inneren feststehenden Teil (6) und einen unteren, äußeren rotierenden Teil (7);- elektrischen Leistungsleitungen (9), die durch die obere Seite des oberen feststehenden Teils (6) eingeführt sind, und Lichtfaserleitern (8), die durch die untere Seite des unteren feststehenden Teils (6) durch den unteren rotierenden Kollektor (19) eingeführt sind, wobei sich die elektrischen Leistungsleitungen (9) und die Lichtfaserleiter (8) durch den Mittelabschnitt jedes feststehenden Teils (6) erstrecken;- einem Lufteinlaß (4) und einer vertikal abfallenden Luftröhre, die in dem oberen feststehenden Teil (6) angeordnet sind, und einem Luftaustritt (5), der im oberen rotierenden Teil (7) angeordnet ist;- einem Gaseinlaß (10) und einer aufsteigenden, inneren Gasröhre, die in dem unteren feststehenden Teil (6) angeordnet sind, und einem Gasaustritt (11), der im unteren rotierenden Teil (7) angeordnet ist;- an dem oberen, feststehenden Teil (6) angeschraubten, feststehenden Kegelzahnrädern (13);- an dem unteren, feststehenden Teil (6) angeschraubten, feststehenden Kegelzahnrädern (14);- beweglichen Kegelzahnrädern, die in der gleichen, vertikalen Ebene der zugehörigen feststehenden Zahnräder (13, 14) an den inneren Seiten des oberen und unteren rotierenden Teils (7) angeordnet sind;- einem Planetengetriebezug (12), der das bewegliche obere Zahnrad mit dem feststehenden oberen Zahnrad (13) und das bewegliche untere Zahnrad mit dem feststehenden unteren Zahnrad (14) in Eingriff hält.
- Dosiersäule nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher der untere feststehende Teil (6) am Boden über Fußverankerungen (20) befestigt ist und der obere feststehende Teil (6) nicht befestigt ist.
- Dosiersäule nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welcher vier Lagerungen (15) zwischen den rotierenden Teilen (7) und den feststehenden Teilen (6) angeordnet sind.
- Dosiersäule nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Gaseinlaß (10) mit einem Flansch (18) versehen ist.
- Dosiersäule nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher eine Reihe von Dichtungen (16, 17) zwischen dem Gaseinlaß (10) und dem Gasaustritt (11) bzw. zwischen dem Lufteinlaß (4) und dem Luftaustritt (5) vorgesehen sind.
- Dosiersäule nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Luftaustritt (5) kleiner ist als der Gasaustritt (11).
- Dosiersäule nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die feststehenden Kegelzahnräder (13, 14) und die beweglichen Kegelzahnräder ein Paar bilden und in der gleichen vertikalen Ebene angeordnet sind.
