Claims (7)
- Colonne de dosage de carrousels électroniques pour l'embouteillage de gaz de pétrole liquéfié comprenant un boîtier anti-déflagrant (2), des collecteurs rotatifs supérieur (1) et inférieur (19), disposés verticalement, le collecteur supérieur (1) étant le collecteur prévu pour l'alimentation électrique, étant pourvu d'une entrée d'énergie électrique (3) et étant fixé au boîtier anti-déflagrant (2) en étant logé à l'intérieur de celui-ci, le collecteur supérieur (1) comprend une partie interne et supérieure fixe (6) et une partie externe et supérieure rotative (7) tandis que le collecteur inférieur (19) comprend une partie interne et inférieure fixe (6) et une partie externe et inférieure rotative (7), des câbles d'alimentation électrique (9) introduits à travers le côté supérieur de la partie supérieure fixe (6) et des fils de fibre optique (8) introduits à travers le côté inférieur de la partie inférieure fixe (6), à travers le collecteur rotatif inférieur (19), les fils d'alimentation électrique (9) et les fils de fibre optique (8) s'étendant à travers la portion centrale de chaque partie fixe (6), un orifice d'entrée d'air (4) et un conduit d'air descendant verticalement, disposé dans la partie supérieure fixe (6), et un orifice de sortie d'air (5) disposé dans la partie supérieure rotative (7), un orifice d'entrée de gaz (10) et un conduit de gaz interne ascendant disposé dans la partie inférieure fixe (6) et un orifice de sortie de gaz (11) disposé dans la partie inférieure rotative (7), des pignons coniques fixes (13) vissés sur la partie supérieure fixe (6), des pignons coniques fixes (14) vissés sur la partie inférieure fixe (6), des pignons coniques mobiles disposés sur les faces internes des parties rotatives supérieure et inférieure (7), dans le même plan vertical que les pignons fixes correspondant (13, 14), et un train d'engrenages planétaire (12) accouplant le pignon supérieur mobile au pignon supérieur fixe (13) et le pignon inférieur mobile au pignon inférieur fixe (14).
- Colonne de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie fixe inférieure (6) est ancrée au sol par l'intermédiaire d'éléments d'ancrage (20) et la partie supérieure fixe (6) n'est pas immobilisée.
- Colonne de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que quatre paliers (15) sont disposés entre les parties rotatives (7) et les parties fixes (6).
- Colonne de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice d'entrée du gaz (10) est pourvu d'une collerette (18).
- Colonne de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une serie de joints d'étanchéité (17) sont prévus entre l'orifice d'entrée du gaz (10) et l'orifice de sortie du gaz (11) et respectivement entre l'orifice d'entrée d'air (4) et l'orifice de sortie d'air (5).
- Colonne de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice de sortie d'air (5) a une dimension plus petite que celle de l'orifice de sortie du gaz (11).
- Colonne de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les pignons coniques fixes (13, 14) et les pignons coniques mobiles sont au nombre de deux et sont disposés dans le même plan vertical.
