Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Auffangen von aufzustapelnden Bogen in einer Maschine zur Herstellung von Verpackungen, mit einem Bogenauffangorgan, das einen auf das Maschinengestell (B) montierten ortsfesten Teil (C) und einen beweglichen Teil (40) umfasst, der mit einem gabelförmigen Halter (41, 45) versehen ist und eine erste Stellung, in welcher sich der Halter (41, 45) auf einer Seite des zu bildenden Stapels sowie eine zweite Stellung, in welcher sich der Halter über dem Stapel zum Auffangen der Bogen befindet, einnehmen kann, sowie mit Mitteln zum Verschieben des beweglichen Teils (40) von der erwähnten ersten zur erwähnten zweiten Stellung und mit Mitteln (43, 48) zum Führen des beweglichen Teils (40) in bezug auf den ortsfesten Teil (C), wobei das erwähnte Auffangorgan durch einen Innenzahnkranz (20) angetrieben wird, der seinerseits mit einem beweglichen Ritzel (30) dauernd im Eingriff steht, dessen Anzahl Zähne die Hälfte derjenigen des Innenzahnkranzes (20) beträgt, während das erwähnte bewegliche Ritzel (30) über Verbindungsmittel (47, 44, 35) mit dem beweglichen Teil (40) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenzahnkranz (20) horizontal an der Unterseite der Profilquerträger (11b-11h) eines ortsfesten, horizontalen, rechtecken Rahmens (C) angebracht ist, dass das bewegliche Ritzel (30) freidrehend auf dem Drehzapfen (31) angeordnet ist, welch letzterer am ersten Ende eines horizontalen Hebels (32) befestigt ist, dessen anderes Ende an einer vertikalen Abtriebswelle (R₁) eines an einen Motor (M) angekoppelten Reduktionsgetriebes (R) angebracht ist, wobei die Achse des Innenzahnkranzes (20) sich auf der Mittelachse (O₁) der Maschine befindet, dass das erwähnte bewegliche Ritzel (30) an den beweglichen Teil (40) mittels eines Profilquerstücks (41) angeschlossen ist, in dessen Mitte mit Hilfe eines Lagers (47) ein freidrehender vertikaler Drehzapfen (44) angebracht ist, dessen oberes Ende mit einem Befestigungsstück (35) an der Unterseite des Ritzels (30) im Eingriff steht, und dass die Verschiebung des beweglichen Teils (40) parallel zur Eintreffrichtung der auf den Stapel gelangenden Bogen und entsprechend der Mittelachse (O₁) der Maschine erfolgt, wobei die erste und zweite Stellung des beweglichen Teils (40) durch die beiden Stellungen des Ritzels (30) bestimmt wird, in welchen sein Tangentialpunkt auf dem Innenzahnkranz (20) sich ebenfalls auf der Mittelachse (O₁) der Maschine befindet.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ortsfeste Teil (C) aus einem rechteckigen Rahmen besteht, welcher sich auf der Stapelseite befindet, die der Bogeneintreffseite gegenüber liegt, und aus seitlichen Querstücken (10, 10′) und Querträgern (11a, 11b) besteht, wobei der Innenzahnkranz (20) sich auf der vom Stapel am weitesten entfernten Seite des Rahmens (C) befindet, damit die erwähnte erste und zweite Stellung des beweglichen Teils (40) der am weitesten entfernten, bzw. der am nächsten liegen Stellungen des Ritzels (30) in bezug auf den Stapel entsprechen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gabelförmige Halter des beweglichen Teils (40) aus einem Querträger (41) und mehreren horizontalen Profilstücken (45) besteht, die an einem Ende am erwähnten Querträger (41) befestigt sind und sich parallel zur Mittelachse (O₁) der Maschine in Richtung Stapel erstrecken.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel Laufrollen (48, 48′) umfassen, die an seitlichen Haltern (42, 42′) angebracht sind, während die letzteren an beiden Enden des den beweglichen Teil (40) bildenden Querträgers (41) befestigt sind, wobei die Laufrollen (48, 48′) mit den am Rahmen (C) vorgesehenen, entsprechenden Führungen (43, 43′) im Eingriff stehen.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den horizontalen Profilstücken (45) um U-Profile aus einer Aluminiumlegierung handelt.
