  • each sheet is introduced one by one into a cutting press. After cutting, each sheet is in the form of several cuts or poses juxtaposed and joined together by attachment points (which will be eliminated later), each pose corresponding to a packaging box. However, the poses do not occupy the entire surface of the sheet; in fact, certain parts, located between two exposures or at the periphery of the sheet, form waste which must be removed from the latter. This is why, as soon as after the cutting station, each sheet is introduced individually into a waste ejection station.
  • This station includes a mobile upper tool provided with pushers and a lower tool in the form of a perforated board. For the ejection of the waste, the sheet having been placed on the lower tool, the upper tool is then moved down so that its pushers force the waste to pass through corresponding openings in the perforated board .
  • Such a universal upper tool consists of a support comprising a plurality of intersecting bars on which are mounted pushers and elastic pressers. By appropriately moving the pushers and elastic pressers along the various crisscross bars, it is possible to adapt the upper tool to each new job.
