Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Vielwalzengerüst mit mehreren unteren und oberen Stützrollen, die jweils mit Stützsätteln an parallelen Stützschalen im Gerüstober- und Gerüstunterteil derart abgestützt sind, daß die gesamte Stützkraft eines jeden Stützsattelsatzes flächig auf die Stützschalen verteilt wird.The invention relates to a multi-roll stand with a plurality of lower and upper support rollers, which are each supported with support saddles on parallel support shells in the upper and lower part of the stand such that the entire supporting force of each set of support saddles is distributed over the entire area of the support shells.
In herkömmlichen Vielwalzengerüsten dieser Art (DE-OS 1652556) sind die parallelen Stützschalen als kreisbogenförmige Schalen ausgebildet. Sie sind so angeordnet, daß die auf sie verteilte Stützkraft keine resultierende Komponente hat, die die Tendenz hat, die Stützsättel aus der Stützschale herauszubewegen. Um bei solchen Schalen die geforderten engen Maßtoleranzen bei der Fertigung einzuhalten, werden die Gerüste wie im Betriebszustand ausgerichtet und bearbeitet. Dies gilt sowohl für ein einteiliges als auch für ein zweiteiliges Gerüst, dessen beide Teile über vier Säulen miteinander verbunden sind.In conventional multi-roll stands of this type (DE-OS 1652556), the parallel support shells are designed as circular-arc-shaped shells. Bei einem anderen bekannten Vielwalzengerüst (DE-OS 2341768) sind an der Stelle der kreisbogenförmigen Schalen Aufnahmeräume mit einem flachen ebenen Boden und dazu senkrechten, zueinander parallelen Wänden vorgesehen. Bei einem solchen Vielwalzengerüst wird die gesamte Stützkraft von einem jeden Stützsattelsatz auf den ebenen Boden übertragen, während die Seitenwände lediglich der Führung der Stützsättel dienen. Auch in einem solchen Fall kommt es darauf an, daß zumindest die parallelen Seitenwände mit engen Maßtoleranzen gefertigt werden, weil anderenfalls die Stützkraft nicht bestimmungsgemäß auf den Boden der Ausnehmung übertragen wird. Bei einem solchen Gerüst ist eine wesentlich einfachere und genauere Bearbeitung der Stützflächen als bei einem Gehäuse mit kreisbogenförmigen Stützschalen möglich.
Auch lassen sich bei einer zweiteiligen Ausführung das Gerüstober- und Gerüstunterteil getrennt ohne Einbuße an Genauigkeit herstellen. Die ebenen Stützflächen stellen eindeutig bestimmte Bezugskanten dar. Maßabweichungen infolge von Bearbeitungsfehlern oder durch Verschleiß lassen sich durch einzulegende Schleißplatten in zwei Raumkoordinaten ausgleichen, so daß sich jeder Raumpunkt einstellen läßt.With such a scaffold, a much simpler and more precise machining of the support surfaces is possible than with a housing with circular support shells.
