Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Ansetzen und Wiedereinstellen eines Bades zur Behandlung textiler Erzeugnisse, insbesondere eines Färbebades, das in einem geschlossenen Kreislauf in einem Hauptbehandlungskreis (5) umläuft, in dem eine Behandlungsmaschine (1), insbesondere eine Färbemaschine, angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine an aktivem Produkt konzentrierte Stammlosung in einem Ansatzbehälter bzw. Aufmischer (8) angesetzt und eine geregelte Verteilung dieser Stammlösung in einen Verdünnungsbehälter (10) durchgeführt wird, in den das Behandlungsbad, insbesondere das Färbebad, im Kreislauf geführt wird, wobei der Verdünnungsbehälter (10) in einem Ergänzungskreis (9) angebracht ist, der vom Hauptbehandlungskreis (5) abgezweigt ist und in den das Behandlungsbad, insbesondere das Färbebad, im Kreislauf in einer Richtung geführt wird, die der Umlaufrichtung im Hauptbehandlungskreis (5) entgegengesetzt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Ausführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, bestehend aus einem geschlossenen Hauptbehandlungskreis (5) mit einer Behandlungsmaschine (1) für textile Erzeugnisse, insbesondere einer Färbemaschine, einer Umlaufpumpe, die den Umlauf in einer ersten Richtung (b) des Behandlungsbades, insbesondere eines Färbebades, durchführt, sowie mit einem vom Hauptbehandlungskreis (5) abgezweigten Ergänzungskreis (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ergänzungskreis (9) einerseits einen Verdünnungsbehälter (10) mit Zuführorganen (13) für eine an aktiven Produkten konzentrierte Stammlösung, die zuvor in einem Ansatzbehälter bzw. Aufmischer (8) angesetzt worden ist, und andererseits Antriebsorgane (15,17), die einen Umlauf des Behandlungsbades, insbesondere des Färbebades, in einer der ersten (b) entgegengesetzten zweiten Richtung (c) ermöglichen, und ggf. einen Wärmetauscher (6) umfaßt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ergänzungskreis (9) vom Hauptbehandlungskreis (5) beiderseits der Umlaufpumpe (7) abgezweigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsorgane von einer Verdünnungspumpe (15) gebildet sind, die in der Lage ist, das aus dem Verdünnungsbehälter (10) kommende Behandlungsbad in den Hauptbehandlungskreis (5) stromaufwärts der Umlaufpumpe (7) einzuführen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsorgane von einem Injektor (17) gebildet sind, der den Druck im Hauptkreis (5) stromabwärts der Umlaufpumpe (7) benutzt, um das aus dem Verdünnungsbehälter (10) kommende Bad in den gleichen Hauptkreis (5) stromaufwärts der Umlaufpumpe (7) einzuführen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführorgane des Verdünnungsbehälters von einem programmierten Ventil (13) gebildet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufmischer (8) mit einem analogen Niveaumeßgerät (14) versehen ist, das mit dem programmierten Ventil (13) zum Verteilen der Stammlösung nach Höhenteilen in Abhängigkeit von einer vorgegebenen Verteilungskurve zusammenwirkt.
