Claims (20)

  1. Transportpalette für waagerecht gestapelte Glasscheiben, insgbesondere Autoglasscheiben, mit einem tragenden Bodenteil, vier senkrechten Eckpfosten und wenigstens einer von oben auf den Glasscheibenstapel einwirkenden und diesen gegen den Bodenteil pressenden Spanneinrichtung,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung aus einem im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichteten biegesteifen Spannarm (20;75) besteht, der an einem Ende entlang einer senkrechten Stütze (21;53,54;80) verschiebbar gelagert und in einer gewünschten Stellung festlegbar ist, und der an seinem anderen Ende mit einem gegen den Glasscheibenstapel (16) verspannbaren Andruckelement (33,34;89,90) versehen ist.
  2. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Spannarme (20) tragenden Stützen (21) in der Ebene zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Eckpfosten (6,7) angeordnet sind.
  3. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützen (21) an zwei Eckpfosten (6,7) miteinander verbindenden horizontalen Trägern (10,27) lösbar und an verschiedenen Stellen festlegbar angeordnet sind.
  4. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Stützen (21) für die Spannarme Eckpfosten dienen.
  5. Transportpalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannarm auf der senkrechten Stütze durch eine Klemmverbindung festlegbar ist, die ihre Wirkung durch die auf den Spannarm von dem Glasscheibenstapel übertragene Reaktionskraft unter Ausnutzung der Hebelwirkung des Spannarms entfaltet.
  6. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmverbindung aus einem die Stütze umgebenden, am unteren hinteren Ende des Spannarms angeordneten Haltering (22;62;78) und einer am oberen hinteren Ende des Spannarms angeordneten komplementären Stützfläche (25;61;79) besteht.
  7. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltering (22) an dem Spannarm (20) über eine Achse (23) schwenkbar befestigt ist.
  8. Transportpalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltearm (20) längenverstellbar ist.
  9. Transportpalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gegen den Glasscheibenstapel (16) verspannbare Andruckelement (33,34) mit einem Spindeltrieb versehen ist.
  10. Transportpalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gegen den Glasscheibenstapel (16) verspannbare Andruckelement (89,90) einen an dem hinteren Abschnitt (76) des Haltearms (75) um eine Achse (82) schwenkbar angeordneten Hebel (83) umfaßt, der in der Arbeitsstellung durch eine zwischen diesen und den hinteren Abschnitt schiebbare Hülse (92) blockierbar ist.
  11. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (83) über den Befestigungspunkt (85) des Andruckelements hinaus durch einen Hebelarm (84) verlängert ist, der einen Handgriff zum Aufbringen der Spannkraft bildet.
  12. Transportpalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Andruckelement aus einem an dem Spannarm (75) angeordneten Flacheisen (88) und zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Andrucktellern (89,90) besteht.
  13. Transportpalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer Halterung (65) zum Festlegen des Haltearms in seiner Ruhestellung nach dem Schwenkvorgang versehen ist.
  14. Transportpalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem tragenden Bodenteil Tragelemente (15,60) aus gummielastischem Werkstoff angeordnet sind, deren Lage entsprechend der Form und Größe der Glasscheiben veränderbar ist.
  15. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der tragende Bodenteil schienenartige Bodentäger (4;37) mit Einstecköffnungen für die Tragelemente umfaßt.
  16. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragelemente aus einem Teller bestehen, der über ein Kugelgelenk (43) auf einem innerhalb des Bodenträgers angeordneten Fußteil ruht.
  17. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der tragende Bodenteil einen Gitterrost (59) umfaßt, in dessen Gitteröffnungen die Tragelemente (60) einsetzbar sind.
  18. Transportpalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Einrichtungen zur Lagerung von zwischen den einzelnen Glasscheiben anzuordnenden Distanzelementen (17) aufweist.
  19. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zur Lagerung der Distanzelemente aus senkrechten Dornen (69) bestehen, auf denen die mit einem mitleren Loch (70) versehenen Distanzelemente (17) aufgereiht werden.
  20. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dornen an Tragarmen (68) angeordnet sind, die auf den vorderen Eckpfosten (52,55) schwenkbar lagert und durch Arretierbolzen (72) festlegbar sind.
