Claims (5)
- Douille de contact à ressorts, pour la liaison par enfichage de conducteurs de câbles et de fils de contact avec lames de contact ou tiges d'enfichage, une importante force de pression étant conférée aux ressorts de contact par des ressorts de compression supplémentaires en vue de réaliser une meilleure liaison électrique avec les lames de contact ou les tiges d'enfichage, et l'ensemble du corps de douille de la douille de contact à ressorts étant fabriqué en plusieurs étapes d'estampage et de pliage d'une pièce métallique unique,
caractérisée en ce que les ressorts de compression supplémentaires (3) en vue du renforcement de la pression de contact sont également estampés dans cette pièce métallique unique (2) et sont reliés au reste du corps de douille (1) par des bandes (10) qui s'étendent dans la direction avant le long des ressorts de contact (4) et qui sont comprimées en forme sinueuse (11) lors de la fabrication de la douille de contact à ressorts, de telle sorte que les ressorts de compression (3) arrivent à proximité des ressorts de contact (4) et entourent ces derniers,
en ce que des lames de pinçage (6) et des crochets (7) de mise en contact avec un conducteur de raccordement et de reprise de la traction sur ce conducteur sont prévus sur le bras (5) du corps de douille (1) qui est situé du côté opposé à celui des ressorts de contact (4), et
en ce que le corps de douille (1) est installé dans un boîtier isolant (8) qui contient un outil moulé (9) de mise en contact s'adaptant aux lames de pinçage (6) et aux crochets (7) en vue de la mise en contact automatique des conducteurs de raccordement avec les lames de pinçage (6), cet outil (9) étant relié au boîtier (8) par l'intermédiaire de languettes (14) réalisées de manière à constituer des emplacements de future rupture, et étant fabriqué d'une seule pièce avec ce boîtier. - Douille de contact à ressorts selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (8) présente des crans (12) dans lesquels s'engagent des reliefs crantés (13) de l'outil (9) de mise en contact, tandis que le conducteur de raccordement est repoussé et immobilisé dans les lames de pinçage (6), et est repoussé contre les crochets (7) pour reprise de la traction.
- Douille de contact à ressorts selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'outil (9) de mise en contact présente une déclivité (15) pour la fixation du conducteur de raccordement ainsi que des fentes (16) pour la réception des lames de pinçage (6).
- Douille de contact à ressorts selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que sur le corps de douille (1) sont prévus des contre-crochets (17) qui, lors de leur enfoncement dans le boitier (8), s'accrochent dans des entailles (18) qui sont prévues dans ce dernier.
- Douille de contact à ressorts selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (8) est fabriqué principalement par paires à partir d'une pièce unique.
