Claims (28)
- Vorrichtung zum fortlaufenden Be- und/oder Entladen der Regale eines Gefriertrocknungsraumes für eine Vielzahl von Flacons (5), die von einer kontinuierlich arbeitenden Versorgungsstation für Flacons stammen, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens einen Rütteltisch (2) zum Sammeln und zur Aufnahme der Flacons (5), wobei der Rütteltisch (2) wenigstens ein bewegliches Mittel (8) zum Blockieren der Flacons auf wenigstens einem Abschnitt der Platte (3) des Rütteltischs umfaßt, und durch einen beweglichen Transferrahmen (11) mit einrastbaren Klappen (15, 16), der in der Lage ist, sich zwischen einer unmittelbar an den Rütteltisch (2) angrenzenden ebenen Fläche (10, 17) und der Platte des Rütteltischs zu bewegen, um die angestauten Flacons zu sammeln und zu transferieren.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel zum Blockieren der Flacons (5) auf der oberen Platte (3) des Rütteltischs (2) aus einem beweglichen Arm (8) besteht, der entlang einer Kante des Tischs angeordnet ist und der zur Einnahme einer quer zu dem Rütteltisch verlaufenden Position um eine vertikale Achse (9) schwenkbar ist, wobei der Arm darüber hinaus entlang der vertikalen Achse höhenverschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein kreisbogenförmiges Leitblech (6) auf der Platte (3) des Rütteltischs angeordnet ist, das mit einem seiner Enden an ein Versorgungsband (4) anschließt, das kontinuierlich Flacons auf den Tisch fördert.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rütteltisch von wenigstens zwei Bandabschnitten (25 und 26) oder Speiseschnecken versorgt wird, die an dem Ende des Tischs einmünden.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Transferrahmen (11) zwei Längsholme (12) umfaßt, die mit zwei Distanzquerstangen (13) verstrebt sind, wobei die Klappen (15, 16) ebenfalls quer an den Längsholmen und im wesentlichen an den beiden Enden des Rahmens angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Klappen (15, 16) um horizontale Achsen beweglich an dem Rahmen (11) angebracht ist, um einzeln in eine horizontale Position geschwenkt werden zu können und den Durchgang für die Flacons freizumachen.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Klappe (15, 16) mittels wenigstens einer Winde (17) und Steuerstangen (18) einzeln um ihre horizontalen Achsen schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transferrahmen (11) mittels eines Satzes Rollen (14) beweglich ist, die auf auf dem Rütteltisch und der benachbarten ebenen Fläche (10, 17) vorgesehenen Führungsschienen (7, 18) sitzen.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ebene Fläche (10) zur Aufnahme der von dem Rahmen (11) gesammelten Flacons Teil eines beweglichen Wagens (1) ist, der den Rahmen trägt und den Transport der Flacons (5) in einen Gefriertrocknungsraum (19) sicherstellt.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ebene Fläche (10) zur Aufnahme der von dem Rahmen (11) gesammelten Flacons durch eines der Regale (17) des Gefriertrocknungsraumes (19) gebildet ist, das den Rahmen trägt, wobei der Rütteltisch (2) dem Raum (19) direkt benachbart ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Ende des Regals (17) an der Seite seiner Zugangsöffnung mit einem einrastbaren Anschlag (23) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach den Ansprüchen 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in dem leeren Raum (E) zwischen dem Regal (17) und der Platte (3) des Rütteltischs (2) eine bewegliche horizontale Platte (20) und eine schwenkbare Ergänzungsplatte (21) befinden.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Ergänzungsplatte (21) auf an der Platte (20) angelenkten kleinen Stützarmen (24) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückziehen einer Zugangstür (22) an dem Gefriertrocknungsraum (19) das Absenken des einrastbaren Anschlags (23) und der schwenkbaren Platte (21) bewirkt, um einen durchgehenden Übergang zwischen einem Regal (17) und dem Rütteltisch (2) zu gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Entlade-Rütteltisch (29) dem Belade-Rütteltisch (2) zwischen diesem und dem Eingang des Gefriertrocknungsraums (19) auf der gleichen Höhe zugeordnet ist, zur seitlichen Entnahme der Flacons bei gleichzeitigem Betrieb der beiden Rütteltische.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entlade-Rütteltisch (29) seitlich in einen nicht rüttelnden Drehteller (31) mündet, der die Flacons durch einen Kanal (32) nach außen leitet.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einrastbaren Anschläge (30) den Entlade-Rütteltisch (29) seitlich begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem leeren Raum (E) zwischen einem Regal (17) und dem Entlade-Rütteltisch (29) eine bewegliche horizontale Platte (20) angeordnet ist, die mittels eines Gelenks (24) mit einer vertikalen Schiebetür (21) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (8) zum Blockieren der Flacons (5) auf der oberen Platte (3) des Rütteltischs (2) aus einem beweglichen Teil (34, 54) besteht, das die Rolle eines Zurückhalte- und Verteilungsorgans für die Flacons einnimmt, und das sich an der Seite der Flacon-Versorgungsrinne (27) quer über den Rütteltisch erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Teil ein Zurückhalte- und Verteilungsmitnehmer (34) ist, der einen sich quer über den Rutteltisch erstreckenden Ausgleicher (37) trägt, dessen Durchgangsöffnungen (39) mittels eines Verschlußmittels (41) schließbar sind, wobei der Mitnehmer (34) auf dem Rütteltisch verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausgleicher (37) im wesentlichen aus einem Rechen (38) besteht, der sich quer zu zwei Längsholmen (35) des Zurückhalte- und Verteilungsmitnehmers (34) über die gesamte Breite des Rütteltischs (2) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach den Ansprüchen 20 und 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsöffnungen (39) an der Vorderseite des Rechens (38) vorgesehen sind, während die Hinterseite des Rechens profiliert ist, um trichterförmige Schächte (40) zu bilden, die sich nach hinten öffnen und mit den vorderen Öffnungen (39) in Verbindung stehen.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach den Ansprüchen 21 und 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußmittel ein gitterförmiger Schiebeverschluß (41) ist, der im Abstand und in den Abmessungen den Öffnungen (39) des Rechens (38) entsprechende rechteckige Öffnungen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenbereich (43) zwischen dem Ausgleicher (37) und dem Transferrahmen (11) ein Bereich ist, in welchem das Zähien der durch den Rechen (38) gelaufenen Flacons erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Teil eine Zurückhalte- und Verteilungsstange (54) ist, die an den Enden ihrer seitlichen Arme (53) um horizontale Achsen schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach den Ansprüchen 19 und 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (3) mit einer ausrichtbaren Klappe (50) zum Verteilen der Flacons beiderseits einer Scheidewand (52) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (3) beiderseits der Scheidewand (52) mit Diffusoren (51) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und/oder Entladen nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Maß des Rückschubs (r) des beweglichen Transferrahmens (11) von einer optoelektronischen Einrichtung (55) mit mehreren im Bereich der Stange (54) an der Seite des Tischs angeordneten Zellen gemessen wird.
