- the fixing surface can be a non-slip friction pad or a point.
- the second flat part bears in the lower part and in the upper part on the frame of the glazing on the inner face side of the window limiting the rotation of the element around its fixing point. This keeps the rod and therefore the curtain sufficiently spaced from the glass, and at the same time to position the rod above the upper edge of the glass when it is placed at the top of the window frame.
- the rod can be placed in the same way at the lower part of the glass, but with the elements inverted to make curtains stretched between two rods, the tension of the fabric replacing the action of gravity.
- the rod 1 shown in Fig. 1 comprises two tubular parts 2 and 3 of different diameters, the tubular part 3 having a diameter smaller than that of the tubular part 2 and being slidably mounted therein.
