- Flexible diaphragm presses employed for liquid producing material such as grapes, mixed fruits and the like are well known in the field, they are made up of essentially a cylindrical countainer capable of rotating on its own longitudinal axis and having on the outer plating one or more loading doors, besides having the possibility of loading through a shaft placed in correspondance to the rotation axis and containing inside it a flexible diaphragm made up of a flat sheet substantially sack shaped fitted to adhere to half of the internal wall of the container.

- Another advantage to be underlined is the fact that with the invention the tank being arranged vertically favours and notably increases the draining of the liquid even from the first stage of the loading of the material to be processed as a consequence of a higher hydrostatic pressure generated on the lower lying material, considering that the tank is in a vertical position during loading stage.
- the system facilitates the crushing of the material to be squeezed, grapes in particular, an operation which requires less rotations of the container respect to the number of rotations necessary in normal presses having horizontal tanks.

Claims (10)
- Elastische Membranpresse vom zylindrischen Behältertyp mit an einem Rahmengestell auf der senkrecht zur Längsachse des Behälters liegenden Mittenachse angebrachten Lagern sowie mit einer sackförmig ausgebildeten Membran, in die das Preßgut eingeführt wird und dessen auf der Längsachse verlaufende gelochte Leitung die Flüssigkeit sammelt und aus dem Behälter abführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elastische Membransack 12 an der gesamten Innenfläche des Behälters 1 - Auskleidung und Bodenseiten - mit Ausnahme der Ladeklappe 7 an einer der Bodenseiten, entlangläuft und haftet, eine gelochte Leitung 10 zum Sammeln und Abführen der Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter aufweist, die an die zwei Zufuhrleitungen 13, 14 der verpreßten Flüssigkeit im mittigen Bereich der zylindrischen Bodenseiten angeschlossen sind; daß der Behälter 1 über die Zapfen 3, 3' drehbar um die Lager 4, 4' des Rahmengestells 30 angebracht ist, um durch Alternieren des Preßvorgangs mit der Drehbewegung des Behälters 1 das Zerkleinern des Füllgutes zu bewirken und somit das Material selbst unter geringstem Druck gut auszupressen.
- Presse nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Membran 12 an die mit einer Ladeklappe 7 versehenen Bodenseite zwischen den zwei Flanschen 15, 16 wasserdicht befestigt, außerdem im Bodenbereich ebenfalls wasserdicht zwischen den zwei Flanschen 17, 18 angeschlossen ist, wodurch eine zweite wasserdichte Kammer zwischen der Innenwand des Behälters und der Außenwand der sackförmigen Membran herausgebildet wird, in welche sowohl Druckluft zum Auspreßvorgang eingeblasen als auch ein Vakuum zur Haftung der Membran an die Behälterwände erzeugt werden kann, je nachdem, welcher Arbeitsvorgang erfordert wird, das Auspressen oder Zerkleinern.
- Presse nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehung des Behälters über zwei Zapfen 3, 3' erfolgt, die an einem Versteifungsring entlang der Auskleidung des Behälters im Bereich seiner mittigen Querachse.
- Presse nach Patentansprüchen 1,2,3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der anhand bekannter Mittel erzeugte Luftdruck den internen Hohlraum zwischen dem Behälter 1 und der Membran 12 über eine Rundleitung 20 auf der Auskleidung im Bereich der mittigen Querachse des Behälters und der vier bzw. mehr quer verlaufenden und an die Leitung 20 angeschlossenen Zweige 21-21'-21''-21'''erreicht, wobei die Leitungen 20 und 21 jeweils im Bereich der frontseitigen Anschlüsse an Behälter 1 sowie ihrerseits im Bereich der Löcher in den Luftleitungen gelocht sind.
- Presse nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden kegelstumpfen Enden 11,11' der zylinderförmigen Auslaufleitung 10 zum Sammeln der gepreßten Flüssigkeit in zwei zylindrischen Anschlüssen 13, 14 auslaufen, wobei der Anschluß 14 mit Außengewinde zur Aufnahme des mit Innengewinde versehenen und bodenseitig an dem Behälter 1 angeschweißten Anschlusses 9 ausgeführt ist, der Anschluß 13 im Bereich der anderen Bodenseite des Behälters in eine zweite und mittig mit der Klappe 7 verschweißten Aufnahme eingesteckt wird.
- Presse nach Patentansprüchen 1,2,5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch 15, der im Bereich der runden Öffnung an einem der zwei Behälterböden angebracht ist und unter welchem ein zweiter Flansch 16 die Öffnung der sackförmigen Membran 12 hält, gemäß Patentanspruch 2, über bekannte Mittel - Bolzen, Automatikhaken, Bajonettverschlüsse - an einen zweiten Flansch 19 auf dem Umfang der Klappe 7 angeschlossen ist, um die Dichtheit des Behälters beim Preßvorgang zu sichern.
- Presse nach den Patentansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gegen die Auslaufleitung 10 gepreßte und hiervon durch die wandseitigen Löchern gesammelte Flüssigkeit über die mittig am Boden des Behälters oder der Klappe angeordneten Anschlüsse nach außen geführt wird.
- Presse nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in aufeinanderfolgenden Preßvorgängen zum Zerkleinern des enthaltenen Preßgutes erfolgende Drehung des Behälters 1 über einen Motor 5 mit Adapter 6 gesteuert wird, der auf einen der Drehzapfen 3 des Behälters einwirkt.
- Presse nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aufgrund des Beladens der Presse bei Behälter 1 in vertikaler Position der druckfreie Auslauf der Flüssigkeit infolge der hydrostatischen Druckwirkung des Materials angesichts der größeren Höhe des Behältes erleichert und beschleunigt wird.
- Presse nach einem der Patentansprüche von 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese auch bei Beladevorgängen in Drehung versetzt werden kann, wobei in diesem Fall einer der Lager- und Drehzapfen 3' hohl ausgebildet und mit dem Inneren über einen Schlauch 101 verbunden ist, der in einem gebogenen und an der Ladeklappe 7 befestigten Schlauch 1202 endet, und nach außen hin über einen Drehanschluß 103 zur Verbindung mit einem von der Ladepumpe kommenden Schlauch.
