Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verteilungssystem mit einem Betonverteilermast für Transportbeton, bestehend aus einem Grundrahmen, einem Drehturm mit Drehkranzverbindung, einem Drehschemel, einem Mastpaket, bestehend aus mehreren Mast-Teilstücken, verbunden durch Knickgelenke, einer Betonrohrleitung, mit mindestens einer Trennstelle im Verteilermast, wodurch der gesamte Verteilermast in mindestens zwei Sektionen teilbar und daher auf mindestens zwei Kraftfahrzeugen transportierbar wird.
Für Betonverteilermaste der genannten Art ist es erforderlich, eine möglichst große Gesamtlänge, d.h. Reichhöhe, zu erzielen, um die Einsatzmöglichkeiten zu vergrößern. Dabei soll das Gesamttransportgewicht gering gehalten werden.
Es sind Betonverteilermaste bekannt, die teilbar sind. Dazu wird mindestens ein Mast-Teilstück teilbar und mit einer Schnellverbindungsstelle ausgerüstet. Das andere Mastpaket ist für sich auf einem Spezialfahrzeug transportierbar. Die erfindungsgemäß Ausgestaltung des Betonverteilermastes in Kombination mit dem drehbaren Tragtisch auf dem zweiten Kraftfahrzeug, dem Masttransporter, hat den Vorteil der Gewichts-, bzw. Hilfseinrichtungsminimierung. Es kann auf jede separate Hilfseinrichtung verzichtet werden. Auf dem Träger-Kraftfahrzeug 1 nach Fig. 1 ist der Auslegearm 2 mittels Knickgelenk in bekannter Weise am Drehturm 3 angeordnet. Der Auslegearm ist am freien Ende ausgebildet für das Einfahren und Arretieren des restlichen Mast-Teilstücke vom Hilfskraftfahrzeug 4. Auf dem Hilfskraftfahrzeug 4 sind die restlichen Mast-Teilstücke so auf dem Tragtisch 5 lösbar gelagert, daß das obere Mast-Teilstück 6 mit seinem freien Ende oben liegt. Dieses obere Mast-Teilstück 6 enthält im Inneren ein teleskopierbares Verlängerungsstück 7, das in den Auslegearm 2 eingefahren wird. Nach dem Einfahren werden Auslegearm 2 und das Mast-Teilstück 6 in bekannter Weise kraft- und formschlüssig verbunden und arretiert. Nach dem Lösen der Rest-Mast-Teilstücke vom Tragtisch 5 und dem Anschluß aller Hydraulikleitungen einschließlich der Betonförderleitung, kann der Betonverteilermast in Arbeitsstellung gefahren werden.1, the

Nach dem form- und kraftschlüssigen Anschluß beider Mastteile und den Hydraulikverbindungen einschließlich der Betonrohrleitung wird das Mastpaket vom 2.
