Claims (6)
- Dispositif de remplissage de récipients en forme de boite (26), présentant un bord supérieur rétracté, le dispositif comportant un cylindre de remplissage (1) pour un liquide renfermant de préférence du gaz, et un dispositif d'entraînement pour déplacer, au-dessus de la partie supérieure d'un récipient en position de remplissage, un cylindre creux (2) entourant le cylindre de remplissage, un joint d'étanchéité (22) en un matériau élastique et/ou flexible étant disposé à la surface intérieure (18) du cylindre creux (2), un milieu de pression pouvant être amené à ce joint par l'intermédiaire d'un canal (23), en vue de réaliser l'étanchéité, caractérisé en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (22), dans le cylindre (2) se trouvant dans la position de remplissage, est disposé à distance de la sortie de la conduite d'amenée de liquide (12) du cylindre de remplissage (1), de manière à ce que la zone d'appui de forme annulaire, pour le joint d'étanchéité s'appliquant à la paroi extérieure du récipient lors de la sollicitation par le fluide de pression, se trouve dans la zone supérieure du récipient (26), dans laquelle celui-ci présente une surface de section transversale maximale.
- Dispositif de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le joint d'étanchéité présente une configuration en forme de "U" en section transversale, ou en forme de tuyau souple.
- Dispositif de remplissage selon les revendications 1 et/ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur du cylindre creux (2) est prévue une conduite d'amenée (6) destinée à amener un gaz de contrainte sous pression, au récipient (26) et au joint d'étanchéité (22).
- Dispositif de remplissage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'amenée (6) pour le gaz de contrainte, après commutation d'une vanne, devient une conduite d'évacuation pour du gaz de retour refoulé par le liquide, hors du récipient.
- Dispositif de remplissage selon les revendications 3 et/ou 4, caractérisé par un dispositif d'entraînement pour déplacer la conduite d'alimentation (6) disposée à l'intérieur du cylindre creux, dans une position d'ouverture, dans laquelle l'écoulement du liquide vers le récipient est libéré, et dans une position de fermeture (9a), dans laquelle l'écoulement est interrompu.
- Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une vanne de dégazage destinée à évacuer la surpression hors du joint d'étanchéité (22), après le remplissage du récipient.
