Claims (5)
- Spritzpistole, die folgende Komponenten aufweist: eine Düse (22), die an einem vorderen Ende der Spritzpistole angebracht ist und eine kreisförmige Düsenöffnung hat, die für den Durchfluß Von Farbe durch diese geeignet ist;
eine Düsenkappe (31), die an der Düse und um diese herum befestigt ist und eine konisch geformte Innerfläche (37) und ein Spritzloch (32), das darin gebildet wird, hat, wobei das Spritzloch um eine nach vorn und hinten verlaufende Spritzachse durchführend durch ein vorderes Ende der Düsenkappe gebildet wird, wobei das Spritzloch durch eine längliche, V-förmige Kerbe (35) mit einer Hauptachse und einer Nebenachse definiert ist, die senkrecht zu der Spritzachse verlaufen, worin die Düsenkappe eine konisch geformte Außenfläche hat;
ein erstes Luftstrommittel (24) zur Bereitstellung eines ersten, im wesentlichen nach vorn gerichteten Stromes von Druckluft um die Düse und hin zu der Düsenkappe, derart, daß Farbe, wenn die Farbe durch die Düsenöffnung nach vorn zugeführt wird, mit dem ersten Strom von Druckluft gemischt und durch diesen zerstäubt und dann in einem Spritzmuster durch das Spritzloch in der Düsenkappe ausgestoßen wird;
eine Luftkappe (40), die an der Düsenkappe argebracht ist und ein zweites Luftstrommittel (14) zur Bildung eines zweiten Stromes von Druckluft aufweist, um die Farbe weiter zu zerstäuben, nachdem sie durch das Spritzloch (32) der Düsenkappe ausgestoßen worden ist, und um das Muster des Farbsprays an Stellen in der Strömungsrichtung des Spritzlochs zu steuern, wobei das zweite Luftstrommittel zwei seitliche Luftaustritte (43) umfaßt;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftkappe (40) ein Paar in Richtung der Längsachse verlaufender Luftaustritte (45) aufweist, die hinter dem Spritzloch und symmetrisch um dieses auf dessen Seiten angeordnet sind, angrenzend an die gegenüberliegenden Enden der Hauptachse der länglichen V-förmigen Kerbe (35), die das Spritzloch bildet, um Luft aus dem Spritzloch hin zu dem Spraystrom zu injizieren; und daß die seitlichen Austritte (43) vor dem Spritzloch und symmetrisch um dieses auf dessen Seiten angeordnet sind, angrenzend an die gegenüberliegenden Enden der Nebenachse der länglichen V-förmigen Kerbe, die das Spritzloch bildet. wobei die Spritzpistole außerdem ein Verteilungssteuerungsmittel zur Steuerung der Rate des Luftstroms durch die seitlichen und die in der Richtung der Längsachse verlaufenden Luftaustritte aufweist, wobei das Verteilungssteuerungsmittel ein Wegeventil (20) aufweist, das ein Paar verstellbarer Verteilungsöffnungen (28, 29) hat und betätigt werden kann, um jedem einzelnen der seitlichen und der in Richtung der Längsachse verlaufenden Luftaustritte (43, 45) Druckluft zuzuführen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die außerdem ein Farbsteuerungsmittel zur Steuerung der Rate des Stroms dar Farbe durch die Düsenöffnung der Düse aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, worin das Farbsteuerungsmittel ein Nadelventil umfaßt.
- Spritzpistole, welche folgende Komponenten aufweist;
eine Düse (22), die an einem vorderen Ende der Spritzpistole angebracht werden kann und eine Düsenöffnung hat, die für den Durchfluß von Farbe durch diese geeignet ist;
eine Düsenkappe (31, 40), die ein Spritzloch hat, das durchführend durch deren vorderes Ende gebildet wird, welche auf der Düse und um diese herum angebracht ist;
ein erstes Luftstrommittel (24) zur Bereitstellung eines ersten, im wesentlicher nach vorn gerichteten Stromes von Druckluft um die Düse und hin zu der Düserkappe, derart, daß Farbe. wenn die Farbe durch die Düsenöffnung nach vorn zugeführt wird, mit dem ersten Strom von Druckluft gemischt und durch diesen zerstäubt und dann in einem Spritzmuster durch das Spritzloch der Düsenkappe ausgestoßen wird;
und eine Luftkappe (40), die an der Düsenkappe angebracht ist und ein zweites Luftstrommittel zur Bereitstellung eines zweiten Stromes von Druckluft aufweist, um das Zerstäuben der Farbe und das Spritzmuster zu steuern;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenöffnung (23) ein konisches Innenprofil hat, das nach vorn divergiert, und sich durch deren Außenfläche hin zum dem Spritzloch öffnet;
wobei die Düsenkappe eine Einlaßfläche (33) hat, die angrenzend an deren vorderes Ende gebildet wird und zu einem vorderen Ende der Düsenöffnung hin zeigt;
ein vorderes Ende der Düsenkappe hat ein konisches oder annähernd kugelförmiges Innenprofil (34) mit einem Innendurchmesser, der von der Einlaßfläche nach vorn konvergiert, und ein konisches Außenprofil (36) mit einem Außendurchmesser, der nach vorn konvergiert, so daß an dem vorderen Ende der Düsenkappe ein Abschnitt mit verminderter Wandstärke gebildet wird, wobei die längliche V-förmige Kerbe (35) durch diesen Abschnitt mit verminderter Wandstärke gebildet wird, um das Spritzloch zu definieren. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, worin die längliche V-förmige Kerbe, die das Spritzloch definiert, eine elliptische V-förmige Kerbe ist.
