Die Blasdüse 8 ist mit einem rohrförmigen Gehäuse 17 auf den Mantel eines Ventilstellringes 14 aufgeschoben, der gegenüber einem Gestellteil 15 mittels einer Schraube 16 einstellbar ist. Der Ventilstellring 14 ist durch einen Mitnehmer 18 seitlich geführt. Ein radial gerichteter Anschluß 19 für die auf der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Luftleitung durchgreift das Gehäuse 17 und ist mit dem inneren Ende in dem Ventilstellring 14 befestigt. Zum Zwecke der Einstellung ist dieser Anschluß radial in einem dem Einstellwinkelbereich entsprechenden Bereich beweglich. Nach dem Lösen der Schraube 16 und des Mitnehmers 18 kann eine Verstellung zur Änderung des Anstellwinkels alpha gegenüber der Normalen 10 vorgenommen werden. Der Schwenkwinkel beta wird bei dem gewählten Ausführungsbeispiel durch das Hebelgetriebe 13 eingestellt. Die Luftsteuerung für die Blasdüse erfolgt durch die Überdeckung radialer Öffnungen im Rohr 11 mit dem inneren Ende des Anschlusses 19 bzw. des Durchganges in dem Gehäuse 17 zu der Blasdüse 8. Im kleinsten Anstellwinkel alpha ist der Luftstrom aus der Blasdüse 8 nahezu senkrecht auf die Mantelfläche des Druckzylinders 3 richtbar. Die Mitte der Pendelbewegungen der Blasdüse 8 liegt etwa auf der durch die Pendelachse 9 gelegten Tangente an den Druckzylinder 3, so daß die Blasdüse 8 aus einer zurückgeschwenkten Nullage heraus ohne Luftzufuhr, die in Figur 3 mit vollen Linien und in Figur 4 mit gestrichelten Linien dargestellt ist, bis in eine vordere Position, die in Figur 4 mit vollen Linien dargestellt ist, sich pendelnd bewegt. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß insbesondere bei der Verarbeitung von Kartonbögen in Maschinen mlt Umführungstrommeln ohne Mantelblech in dem Schwenkwinkelbereich beta 1 ein Luftstrom auf das hintere Ende des Bogens gerichtet werden kann, um dieses von der Welle der Umführungstrommel 2 wegzudrücken und so Abschmiererscheinungen zu verhindern. Im vorderen Schwenkwinkelbereich beta 2 drückt die Luft aus der Blasdüse 8 den Bogen gegen den Umfang des Druckzylinders 3. Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung zum glatten Anlegen von Druckbogen am Druckzylinder vor dem Druckspalt einer Bogenrotationsoffsetdruckmaschine, bei der wenigstens eine gegen den Umfang des Druckzylinders richtbare Blasdüse zum Anpressen des Bogens durch die Kraftwirkung strömender Luft vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blasdüse (8) mit einem Abstand vor dem Druckspalt (5) um eine parallel zur Achse des Druckzylinders (3) liegende Pendelachse (9) pendelbar gelagert und mit einem Antrieb (13) kuppelbar ist, der die Blasdüse (8) im Arbeitstakt der Maschine schwingend in Laufrichtung des Druckbogens vor- und zurückbewegt.
