Ausgehend von einem Stand der Technik nach der EP-A-0 306 684 wird in dem Hauptpatent eine Vorrichtung beschrieben, bei der durch eine im Arbeitstakt der Maschine schwingend bewegte und beaufschlagte Blasdüse ein sicheres und sattes Auflegen des Druckbogens auf dem Druckzylinder vor dem Einlauf in den Druckspalt und eine größere Sicherheit für einen dublierfreien und abschmierfreien Druck auch bei hohen Druckgeschwindigkeiten angestrebt wird. Dazu ist eine Schwertdüse besonders geeignet, die sich über einen wesentlichen Teil der Breite, vorzugsweise über die gesamte Breite des Druckzylinders, erstreckt. Im Falle, daß die Schwertdüse aus lauter Einzeldüsen besteht, kann in vorteilhafterweise jede Düse für sich geregelt werden. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Schwertdüse 8 an einem Rohr 11 in dessen Umfangsrichtung verstellbar befestigt. Das Rohr 11 ist um seine Längsachse schwingend pendelbar in dem Gestell 12 der Maschine gelagert. Für den Antrieb der Pendelbewegung ist ein Hebelgetriebe 13 beispielsweise geeignet. Die Schwertdüse 8 ist mit einem rohrförmigen Gehäuse 17 auf dem Mantel eines Ventilstellringes 14 aufgeschoben, der gegenüber einem Gestellteil 15 mittels einer Schraube 16 einstellbar ist. Der Ventilstellring 14 ist durch einen Mitnehmer 18 seitlich geführt. Ein radial gerichteter Anschluß 19 für die auf der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Luftleitung durchgreift das Gehäuse 17 und ist mit dem inneren Ende in dem Ventilstellring 14 befestigt. Die Luftsteuerung für die Schwertdüse 8 erfolgt durch die überdeckung radialer öffnungen im Rohr 11 mit dem inneren Ende des Anschlusses 19 bzw. des Durchganges in dem Gehäuse 17 zu der Schwertdüse 8. Einstellungen, Steuerungen und Wirkungen entsprechen der Darstellung in dem Hauptpatent. Die Schwertdüse 8 weist bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel eine mit der Spitze gegen die Laufrichtung des Bogens 1 gerichtete Pfeilform auf, wie es in der Figur 3 dargestellt ist, die eine Draufsicht auf die Pfeilform der Schwertdüse 8 zeigt. Anstelle einer solchen Pfeilform können auch gebogen geformte Schwertdüsen zur Anwendung kommen, um den zu bedruckenden Bogen vor dem Einlauf in den Druckspalt zunächst in der Bogenmitte von der Bogenvorderkante zur Bogenhinterkante hin mit Blasluft zu beaufschlagen, um den Bogen von der Vorderkante zur Hinterkante und gleichzeitig von der Mitte nach außen zu glätten, so daß durch diese berührungslose Einwirkung eine sichere und satte Anlage des zu bedruckenden Bogens am Druckzylinder erreicht wird.In the event that the sword nozzle consists of nothing but individual nozzles, each nozzle can advantageously be regulated individually.
