Claims (7)

  1. Schneidevorrichtung für ein in einem automatischen Spender gelagertes Wischmaterial in der Form von einem schmalen, im Zickzack gefalteten Streifenband zum Durchlauf zwischen zwei Mitteln zur Faltung und zum Antrieb mit zwei mit einer Schneidkante (5 und 6) profilierten Blättern aus Metall, die elastisch zwischen zwei Antriebspaaren (1, 2 und 3, 4) des gefalteten Materials an einem festgelegten Punkt angebracht sind, damit bei Drehung der Paare die Blätter zunehmend von einem Ende zum anderen entsprechend der Drehung übereinander zu liegen kommen, wobei entsprechend der Drehung bei ständigem Kontakt unter Druck und in genau zu den Drehachsen von Zahnräderpaaren paralleler Position während der gesamten Dauer des Abtrennens durch Schneiden über Abscheren das gefaltete Streifenband des Materiales zwischen die Paare eingeführt und durch manuellen Zug auf das über die Vorrichtung vorstehende Streifenband unter Hervorrufen einer Drehung der Paare mitgenommen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung an einer Schubeinrichtung (20-23) angebracht ist, die betätigt ist, wenn die beiden Schneidblätter in Kontakt miteinander kommen und eine während der Drehung der Zahnräderpaare gespeicherte Energie freigeben, wobei die zusätzliche Energie direkt an eines der Paare zum Hervorrufen des Antriebes zur Drehung abgegeben ist, und daß die Schubeinrichtung durch einen zweifach angelenkten Hebel (20) gebildet ist, der schmalseitig mit einer Nocke (25) zusammenwirkt, die durch die Drehachse eines der Zahnräderpaare getragen ist, wobei die Nocke konturiert und winklig ausgerichtet ist, um zuerst eine die Stößelstange (23) des Hebels (20) mit einem festen Punkt zwischen der Ruheposition der Zahnräderpaare und der Position, an der die Schneidblätter in Kontakt kommen, verbindende Feder (26) zu spannen und anschließend den Hebel freizugeben, der nun über die Stange (23) auf das Zahnräderpaar einwirkt, das dem die Nocke tragenden gegenüberliegt, um dieses zum Drehen anzutreiben.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (20) über eine Rolle oder eine ähnliche Vorrichtung (24) mit der Nocke (25) zusammenwirkt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an dem Hebel (20) angebrachte Stößelstange (23) über ein vorspringendes Metallstück (30) mit dem anzutreibenden Zahnräderpaar zusammenwirkt, wobei das Metallstück fest mit dem Paar verbunden und so angeordnet ist, um zuerst die Stange entgegen der Feder (26) abzusenken und anschließend vor der Stange vorbeizulaufen und unter der Wirkung des Entspannens der Feder bei Eintreten der Rolle (24) in eine bogenförmige Ausnehmung (25a) der Nocke angestoßen zu sein.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocke (25) eine nach dem Abtrennen gegen die Rolle (24) stoßende Haltenase aufweist, um das Abtrennen des herausgezogenen Materialstreifenbandes abzuschließen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Schneidblätter (5 oder 6) einstellbar an dem zugehörigen Zahnräderpaar angeordnet ist, um den Abstand zu dem anderen Blatt in Abhängigkeit der Art des verwendeten Wischmateriales zu verändern.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellen eines der Schneidblätter durch einen an einem der Zahnräderpaare angebrachten Blatträger (31) bewirkt ist, wobei der Blatträger eine Ausnehmung (31a) aufweist, in der durch Drehen ein Exzenter (33) versetzbar ist, der an dem Paar ausgerichtet befestigt ist und auf den Blatträger wirkt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidblätter (5 und 6) in ihrer Längsrichtung gewölbt sind, um das Abtrennen zu verbessern.
