Ces rainures débouchent à la base du corps 1 dans une zone inférieure et élargie formant une partie de diamètre intérieur peu supérieur à celui de la partie proximale 9, par un évasement incurvé 19 en sens inverse de celui de l'épaulement 12 séparant les parties distales 7 et proximales 9. Cet évasement 19 se prolonge par un épaulement ou rebord annulaire 21 dont le profil creux est homothétiquement un peu plus grand qu'un demi-­profil d'élément filiforme. Un espace libre anuulaire 11, ménagé entre l'épaulement 12 et le rebord 21, sert de logement pour les éléments filiformes enroulés sur la partie distale 7. La base 3 est encliquetée, libre en rotation, dans la base du corps 1 par une nervure annulaire 22. . au moins une rainure longitudinale (8) de guidage du fil (4) formée dans le corps (2), caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité du fil (4) insérée sur le tambour s'insère longitu­dinalement sur une zone latérale (13) dudit tambour, et en ce qu'est prévu pour l'enroulement du fil un espace libre annulaire (11) formé entre le tambour (17) et le corps (2) par :
