Abstract

Aus porösen, gasdurchlässigen Keramiksteinen (5) bestehende Böden für Wirbelschichtöfen weisen bei stark variieren­ den Temperaturen der sie durchströmenden Gase nur kurze Standzeiten auf. Um die Standzeiten erheblich zu erhöhen werden von der Ofenkonstruktion getragene schmale, sich quer zur Längsachse des Ofens erstreckende geschlossene, mit einem Anschluß zur Zuführung von Gasen vorgesehene Gaskammern vorgesehen, deren Oberseite in regelmäßiger Teilung Ausnehmungen (3) aufweist, sowie durch jeweils auf eine Ausnehmung gestellte, metallummantelte poröse Keramiksteine (5), bei denen die Böden der Mäntel (4) je eine den Ausnehmungen (3) entsprechende und mit diesem kommuni­ zierende Öffnung (6) aufweisen, und bei denen der Mantel (4) auf einen übergestülpten, den Mantel (4) mit abgekanteten Randstreifen umgebenden und mindestens eine Öffnung (9) auf­ weisenden Deckrahmen (8) geschlossen ist.
