Claims (1)

  1. Ebarbeuse automatique de fonte comportant un montant (10) portant des moyens de blocage (5, 6), réglables l'un par rapport à l'autre et conjointement, d'une pièce de fonte (1) à usiner et comportant un porte-outil (3), portant un disque de rectification et/ou de tronçonnage (2), qui prend appui sur un bâti (11) de la machine, de manière ajustable par rapport à la pièce en fonte (1), par l'intermédiaire de moyens à chariot (4), l'avance de travail au moins du disque de rectification ou de tronçonnage étant programmée au moyen de données de commande dépendant de la pièce, caractérisée en ce que
    a) les moyens de blocage (5, 6) sont isolés électriquement par rapport au montant (10) de la machine par des moyens d'isolation (12) et le disque de rectification et/ou de tronçonnage (2) est isolé électriquement par rapport au porte-outil (3) par des moyens d'isolation électrique (13) ;
    b) le disque de rectification et/ou de tronçonnage (2) est électriquement conducteur ;
    c) le disque de rectification et/ou de tronçonnage (2) et les moyens de blocage (5, 6) ou la pièce en fonte (1), serrée entre ceux-ci, sont montés en série avec un générateur à haute tension (20) réglable et un circuit d'exploitation à courant d'allumage (21) fournissant un signal de commande (22) ; et
    d) la tension d'allumage du potentiel à haute tension réglable, s'établissant entre le disque de rectification ou de tronçonnage et la pièce en fonte, produit un signal de commande, qui entraîne une avance de travail linéaire programmée du disque de rectification ou de tronçonnage et amène en même temps tous les autres moyens de réglage de l'ébarbeuse de fonte dans un état de liaison rigide ;
    e) les moyens de réglage des moyens à chariot (4) ou les moyens de blocage (5, 6) étant des servomoteurs ou des vérins hydrauliques (40, 45, 42, 42', 43, 44) commandables et blocables.
