Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour séparer des denrées alimentaires de leur emballage dans lequel la séparation s'effectue par compression à travers un crible (5), caractérisé en ce que avant d'être comprimées, les denrées alimentaires sont broyées avec les emballages par écrasement et sont moulées en forme de boyau, lequel boyau est découpé pour être de nouveau broyé.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que de la vapeur surchauffée est introduite dans la masse avant la compression.
  3. Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, comprenant une presse à crible (3) caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente une double vis sans fin de broyage (1) et un couteau (2) rotatif à plusieurs lames.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la double vis sans fin de broyage est disposée devant le couteau (2) et une vis transporteuse (4) est disposée entre le couteau (2) et la presse à crible (3).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la presse à crible (3) présente un tambour perforé (5) rotatif avec une bande de compression (6) prenant appui contre des parties du pourtour du tambour (5), en ce qu'une racle extérieure (7) et une racle intérieure (8) prennent appui sur le tambour perforé (5) et en ce que la presse à crible (3) présente un entonnoir d'alimentation (9) avec une pale de transport (10) rotative.
