Abstract

Bei diesem Verfahren werden nach vorherigem Wärmeentzug Rauchgase zur Brennerseite der Brennkammer (14) zurückgeleitet und infolge Injektorwirkung der Flamme um den Brenner (15) herum in einer die Verbrennungstemperatur auf ein Temperaturniveau höchstens gleich der Grenztemperatur für die Bildung von Stickoxiden entsprechenden Teilmenge in den Verbrennungsraum (22) eingelassen. Dadurch wird die Flamme von - kühlen - Rauchgasen umschlossen und gekühlt. Bei einer Feuerungsanlage besitzt eine innerhalb eines von einem Wärmeträgermedium durchströmten Gehäuses (11) aufgenommene Brennkammer (14) einen "heißen" Verbrennungsraum (22), der von einem im Abstand von den brennkammerwandungen aufgenommenen Mantel (20) umschlossen ist. Zwischen dem Mantel und der Brennkammer erstrecken sich Rauchgas-Strömungswege (26) und von diesen zweigt zumindest ein Zuströmweg zum Zurückführen eines Teilstroms der - gekühlten - Rauchgas in den Verbrennungsraum ab, der in letzteren in der Nähe eines Brenners bzw. Flammrohrs (16) einmündet und die Verbrennungsflamme kühlt.
