Claims (5)

  1. Cylindres haute pression avec deux cylindres (10, 11) séparés l'un de l'autre par un intervalle (12) et montés de façon à pouvoir tourner en sens inverse pour la fragmentation sous pression d'une matière en grains, tandis que les surfaces de ces cylindres sont munies d'un cuirassement constitué alternativement d'un matériau résistant à l'usure et moins résistant à l'usure, caractérisés en ce que le matériau de la surface des cylindres soumise à l'usure est moins résistant à l'usure dans la zone de bordure latérale des cylindres (17, 18) que dans le reste de la surface des cylindres.
  2. Cylindres selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que les cylindres (10, 11) comportent un cuirassement superficiel résistant à l'usure appliqué par soudage dans la zone de bordure latérale (17, 18) dans lequel moins de couches du matériau résistant à l'usure ont été appliquées ou bien incorporées par soudage.
  3. Cylindres selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que les cylindres (10, 11) comportent un cuirassement superficiel résistant à l'usure venu de fonderie, et en ce que le matériau de fonderie, par exemple à base de chrome dur, est moins résistant à l'usure dans les zones de bordure latérales (17, 18) des cylindres, par exemple du fait d'un échauffement appliqué localement (revenu), que dans les autres parties du cuirassement superficiel.
  4. Cylindres (10, 11) selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que lors de la coulée du cuirassement sur les zones de bordure latérales (17, 18) des cylindres, moins de matériaux résistant à l'usure sont incorporés au cuirassement.
  5. Cylindres (10, 11) selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce qu'aux extrémités des cylindres, le diamètre du cylindre décroît en direction des faces frontales (21a, 21b) du cylindre sur respectivement une zone de transition (20a, 20b).
