Abstract

Aus Sicherheitsgründen werden derartige, energiereiche Brenngase in aller Regel in bekannten Gasversorgungen nur mit niedrigen Drücken zur Verfügung gestellt, woraus sich eine Beschränkung in den Einsatzmöglichkeiten für diese Brenngase ergibt. Zur Überwindung dieses Nachteils, ohne gesamte Versorgungsanlagen sicherheitstechnisch aufrüsten zu müssen, wird vorgeschlagen, den Acetylen- oder Brenngasdruck mit einer entsprechenden Vorrichtung (6) erst im Bedarfsfall und unmittelbar vor dem jeweiligen Verbraucher(n) auf einen gewünschten, höheren Wert, als er ansonsten aus der Versorgung zur Verfügung steht, zu steigern.
