Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur horizontalen Sprühkompaktierung von rotationssymmetrischen Produkten bestehend aus einer Sprühkammer, an der die Düse für den Zerstäubungsstrahl angeordnet ist, sowie an den Anfahr­ kopf bzw. das erzeugte Produkt radial anstellabre eine Längsbewegung ermöglichende und diesen/dieses abstützende Halter sowie eine Einrichtung zum gleichzeitigen Drehen des Anfahrkopfes bzw. Produktes um dessen Längsachse vorgesehen sind. Um diese Einrichtung so auszubilden, daß damit rotationssymmetrische Produkte, insbesondere Rundknüppel herstellbar sind, wobei sowohl eine defi­ nierte Lage während des Sprühvorganges beibehalten werden soll, als auch eine zuverlässige Längs- und Drehbewegung möglich sein soll, wird vorgeschlagen, daß im axialen Abstand hintereinander und um den Umfang des Anfahr­ kopes bzw. des erzeugten Produktes (5) verteilt mehrere Halter (1) vorgesehen sind, die in Richtung auf den Anfahrkopf bzw. das Produkt schwenkbar und an koaxialen Zahnkränzen (3) angeordnet sind, die von einem gemein­ samen Ritzel (2) antreibbar sind, und daß an die Zahn­ kränze (3) Servozylinder (4) angreifen, die die Zahn­ kränze (3) und damit die jeweils daran angeordneten Halter (1) abwechselnd parallel zur Längsachse des An­ fahrkopfes bzw. Produktes (5) verschieben, wobei bei der Vorbewegung der Anfahrkopf bzw. das Produkt eingeklemmt und bei der Rückbewegung die Halter (1) vom Anfahrkopf bzw. erzeugten Produkt gelöst sind.
