Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de nettoyage de cylindres d'une presse d'impression rotative, comprenant un certain nombre de groupes d'impression (2), avec amenée commandée d'un liquide de nettoyage, dans lequel l'opération de nettoyage s'effectue pendant le défilement de la bande de matière à imprimer (1) qui emporte par endroits des restes d'encre ou de couleur, et le liquide de nettoyage s'écoule vers la bande à imprimer, laquelle passe, dans la suite de son trajet, à travers un séchoir thermique (3) à passage continu, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matière à imprimer (1) est essuyée en amont du séchoir (3), au dispositif d'essuyage (9) étant pour cela mis en contact avec la bande de matière à imprimer (1), au moins pendant la période de lavage du blanchet.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les quantités partielles du liquide de nettoyage laissées sur la bande sont évacuées, par une matière relativement plus sèche, par exemple, un tissu pouvant être déroulé, ou par une aspiration d'air qui aboutit dans une cheminée d'air usé.
  3. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en amont du séchoir (3) est disposé un groupe supplémentaire (7), dans lequel se trouve un dispositif d'essuyage (9) qui peut être appliqué contre la bande (1).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une aspiration menant à la cheminée d'air usé du séchoir (3), partant du groupe supplémentaire (7).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'essuyage (9) est formé par une barre (10) munie d'un tissu (11) tiré sur cette barre ou par plusieurs réglettes (12) qui s'étendent transversalement à la direction de transport de la bande (1), ou par des cylindres (13) munis de fenêtres d'aspiration, qui sont embrassés à peu près en S.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de mesure des gaz muni d'un capteur (17) pour le contrôle des éléments évacués avec le dispositif d'essuyage (9) et des parties du liquide de nettoyage qui est vaporisé et qui parvient encore dans le séchoir (3), et en ce que le capteur (17) transmet des résultats de mesure à un élément de commande (18).
