1-Ensemble de dispositifs permettant la réalisation,dans un systéme automatique,de moules pour coulée à plat utilisant un sable sec sans liant,caractérisé en ce qu'ils comportent:
-un dispositif de raclage-arasage du sable éliminant le sable en excés au dessus du bord supérieur du chassis;que ce dispositif de raclage utilise le mouvement de transfert du chassis entre 2 postes opératoires pour réaliser l'enlévement du sable en excés au moyen d'une tole de forme dont le bord d'attaque porte sur toute la section du chassis durant le transfert,dispositif repéré 7 dans son ensemble sur figure no1.
-un dispositif de balayage,postérieur au dispositif de raclage et n'­agissant que pour le dessus d'un demi-moule supérieur;que ce dispositif de balayage peut être mis en service ou escamoté par un mouvement de montée-descente obtenu par butées gonflables;que ce dispositif assure l'enlévement du sable au dessus des parties d'outillage ou d'empreinte devant déboucher en utilisant le mouvement de transfert du chassis entre 2 postes opératoires et ce avant la pose automatique de la feuille de film plastique de fermeture;que ce dispositif permet ainsi la découpe ultérieure aisée des parties de la feuille de film plastique de fermeture correspondant aux parties débouchantes du moule,dispositif repéré 8 dans son ensemble sur figure no1.
-un dispositif dérouleur-coupeur-poseur de la feuille de plastique de fermeture réalisant la pose automatique de la feuille sur le demi-­moule postérieurement aux opérations de raclage et/ou balayage grâce à un tube porteur situé en extrémité d'un cadre coulissant pouvant passer au travers des bras d'un appareil de démoulage-transport de demi-moules ou de chassis lorsque cet appareil est en position de démoulage;que le remplacement du rouleau de film plastique alimentant ce dispositif se fait hors zone de travail du carrousel ou de l'appa­reil de démoulage-transport donc sans arrêter les cycles automatiques de ceux-ci,dispositif repéré dans son ensemble 6 sur figures no1 et 2.
-un dispositif nettoyeur du sable en excés enlevé par les dispositifs de raclage et de balayage ayant pu se redéposer sur la table élevatrice vibrante;que ce dispositif nettoyeur constitué d'un ensemble de balais fixés sous chacun des longerons support de caisson du carrousel de transfert utilise le mouvement de transfert pour nettoyer la table élevatrice vibrante;dispositif repéré 10 dans son ensemble sur la figure no2.
-un dispositif de récupération du sable en excés et de recyclage dans la trémie de remplissage caractérisé par une trémie de section supérieure dimensionnée en fonction des positions des dispositifs de raclage,balayage et nettoyage,surmontant un emetteur de transport pneumatique phase dense afin de conserver au procédé sa faible nuisance et bruit et en poussiére;dispositif repéré 11 dans son ensemble sur la figure no2.
-un dispositif composé de barriéres fixes,d'un chariot transfert muni de 2 prises de vide,d'un jeu de portillons permettant l'accés en toute sécurité au demi-moule inférieur et/ou au moule complet sur le chariot arrêté hors zone de moulage,aux deux surfaces du demi-moule supérieur-côté empreinte et côté dessus de moule-pour travaux de finition hors zone de moulage;dispositifs repérés respectivement 18, 19 et p3 sur la figure no1.
