Description

The invention relates to a concrete sleeper with means for lateral support of a rail and with spring clips according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such concrete sleepers with rail fastening are known from DE-PS 34 08 597 and have proven themselves. They serve as cross sleepers, which are elastically connected to rails to form a track grating that meets all the requirements of a modern railway company. A disadvantage of this rail fastening four comparatively complex steel insert parts are required for a threshold, which are cast with the threshold. In addition, on the threshold surface, i.e. that is, steel is used in an exposed area which is exposed to the most severe corrosion attacks.

Therefore, the invention has for its object to develop this known concrete sleeper with rail fastening so that a simple and inexpensive component for holding and guiding the rail fastening can be provided and steel parts that are cast with the concrete are not directly exposed to surface corrosion.

This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Advantageous forms of training are given in subclaims 2 to 6.

The advantages achieved by the invention are, in particular, that the connection between the rail and the concrete cross-tie can be implemented inexpensively and easily using the simplest means. In addition, the holding element connected to the concrete sleeper is no longer exposed to direct corrosion attack, in particular if the recess according to the invention is closed at the upper edge of the sleeper by a corresponding cover. Due to the advantageous embodiment according to claim 2, electrical insulation between the rail and the threshold is achieved, so that the connection meets the requirements of modern signal technology. The design according to claim 3 brings about a surprisingly good introduction of force to the forces acting on the rail during driving operation, with the design according to claim 4 achieving a good connection between the concrete and the anchor web, caused by the large surface area of the anchor web.

According to GB-PS 1 010 878, in particular FIGS. 4 to 9, it is known to fix the height of spring clips in that they engage under reinforcing wires with the shafts projecting into recesses in the sleeper. However, this training shows the person skilled in the art no way to the solution according to the invention, since here, as in the case of the subject according to DE-PS 34 08 597, special guide elements are provided on the top of the threshold.

It was only the idea of transferring the rail side forces directly from the rail base to the recess in the threshold and only the vertical lifting forces of the rail via the spring clip via an intermediate layer, which led to the solution according to the invention.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below. Show it
  • Fig. 1 shows a cross section through the rail with a longitudinal section through the threshold and
  • Fig. 2 shows a cross section through the threshold with a side view of the rail

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the concrete sleeper 1 is provided with a rail recess 2 in the region of the rail support. In the exemplary embodiment, the rail recess 2 has a depth which is the thickness of the rail base plate 3 and the height of the rail foot 4 on the outer edge. The rail recess 2 has a width corresponding to the width of the rail foot 4 plus twice the thickness of the intermediate leg 5 of the T-profile 6. FIG. 2 shows in the right part an offset section behind the rail foot 4, which shows the contact surface 7 of the rail recess 2. The rail 8 lies on the rail base plate 3 in the rail recess 2 in the center of the concrete sleeper 1.

According to the requirements of the track position, the rail recess 2 or the rail base plate 3 is formed with an inclination which is not shown in the exemplary embodiment. T-profiles 6 are arranged on both sides between the rail base 4 and the lateral limitation of the rail recess 2. It is provided that a leg 5 engages in the intermediate space, a leg 9 engages over the rail foot 4 and a leg 10 rests on the threshold top 11. The leg 10 resting on the threshold top 11 has a recess for the passage of the spring clip 12.

In an alternative embodiment, it is provided that the leg 10 resting on the upper side 11 of the threshold is omitted, so that an L-profile results. The spring clips 12 are bent from flat spring material. Their ends lie as hold-down fingers 13, 14 indirectly over the leg 9 of the T-profile 6 on the rail foot 4. The hold-down fingers 13, 14 continue in spring loops 15, 16 which are connected to one another via a connecting loop 17. The connecting loop 17 of the spring clip 12 engages under in the installed state, the spring loops 15, 16 exerting the intended hold-down force on the rail foot 4, an anchor web 18, which projects with its end 19 into a recess 20 of the threshold, which is used to introduce and fix the Connection loop 17 of the spring clip 12 is provided.

In the exemplary embodiment, the anchor web 18 is formed from a V-shaped sheet which is open at the top and is provided on the underside with a rounding which is adapted to the shape of the connecting loop 17. A drainage hole 21 continues the recess 20 downward and penetrates the threshold vertically. A cover, not shown, serves to close the recess 20 on the upper side 11 of the threshold.
