Claims (8)

  1. Installation comportant une plate-forme de montage horizontale, pouvant être levée et abaissée, et un dispositif de réception pour le montage de segments de refroidissement sur la face intérieure de la tôle de blindage d'un haut fourneau,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la plate-forme de montage (5) présente des rails (11, 12) disposés concentriquement à l'axe du haut fourneau,
    en ce que, sur ces rails (11, 12), peut se déplacer un cadre porteur (14), réalisé sous la forme d'un cadre de chariot, qui présente une pièce porteuse (21), mobile par rapport à lui, sur laquelle est disposé, à son tour, le dispositif (28) servant a recevoir les segments de refroidissement (1),
    étant entendu que le dispositif de réception (28) présente un organe de réception (36), essentiellement horizontal, et une pièce d'appui (37), essentiellement verticale,
    en ce que des organes de positionnement (31, 32, 39) sont prévus pour le réglage en hauteur du dispositif de réception (28) par rapport à la plate-forme de montage (5) et pour le réglage de son inclinaison dans le sens longitudinal et dans le sens transversal,
    et en ce que l'on peut également régler la position du dispositif de réception (28) autour d'un axe vertical (23) et suivant la direction radiale.
  2. Installation suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce porteuse (21) est réalisée sous la forme d'un bras pivotant, pouvant pivoter sur le cadre de chariot (14) autour d'un axe vertical dirigé vers le haut (20), bras a l'extrémité mobile duquel le dispositif de réception (28) pour les segments de refroidissement (1) est monté de façon a pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe vertical, dirigé vers le haut, (23).
  3. Installation suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que des organes de réglage communs (31, 32) sont prévus pour régler la hauteur du dispositif de réception (28) par rapport à la plate-forme de montage (5) et régler l'inclinaison transversale du dispositif de réception (28).
  4. Installation suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les organes de réglage (31, 32) sont constitués par des vérins hydrauliques disposés séparés latéralement sous le dispositif de réception (28).
  5. Installation suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réception (28) prend appui sur la pièce porteuse (21) avec intercalation d'une construction (22, 27) qui la porte, étant entendu que le dispositif de réception (28) est relié avec la construction qui la porte, d'une part par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation à charnière (38) permettant une inclinaison longitudinale, et, d'autre part par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de positionnement (29).
  6. Installation suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la construction portant le dispositif de réception (28) est constituée d'un cadre auxiliaire (22), monté pivotant sur le bras pivotant (21), et d'un châssis de cadre (27) prenant appui sur lui, la position du châssis de cadre (27) pouvant être réglée, dans la direction longitudinale, par rapport au cadre auxiliaire (22) au moyen d'un dispositif de positionnement (29).
  7. Installation suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le châssis de cadre (27) s'appuie sur le cadre auxiliaire (22) par l'intermédiaire de supports pendulaires (24 ... 26), et en ce qu'il est prévu un guidage central vertical (33) pour le châssis de cadre (27).
  8. Installation suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'on prévoit, au total, trois supports pendulaires (24... 26), deux de ces supports pendulaires (24, 25) étant chacun reliés, à leur extrémité inférieure, à un vérin hydraulique (31, 32).
