Abstract
Claims (8)
- Récipient (10) destiné à un usage unique pour le mélange et le prélèvement de deux composants qu'il contient, comportant une membrane (20), disposée à l'intérieur, qui divise le récipient (10) en deux chambres (30, 31) dans lesquelles se trouvent les composants séparés, le récipient (10) étant un emballage sous pression de gaz muni d'une valve de prélèvement (12) et la membrane (20) étant fixée de manière étanche au récipient (10) à l'intérieur de celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que la membrane est agencée de telle manière qu'une force provoquée par une différence de pression de gaz suscitée dans les chambres (30, 31) ouvre la membrane (20).
- Récipient (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrane (20) est sous forme de pot et est collée de manière annulaire à la paroi interne (11) du récipient (10).
- Récipient (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la différence de pression ouvre la membrane (20) par décollement et/ou retournement de la partie de la membrane (20) qui est située au niveau de la paroi interne (11) du récipient (10) et le composant d'une chambre (30) peut parvenir jusqu'au composant de l'autre chambre (31).
- Récipient (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la différence de pression ouvre la membrane (20) par une rupture voulue au niveau d'une zone affaiblie (25) de la membrane (20) et le composant d'une chambre (30) peut parvenir jusqu'au composant de l'autre chambre (31).
- Récipient (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la différence de pression pousse le fond (22) de la membrane (20) contre une butée de sorte que la membrane (20) s'ouvre et le composant d'une chambre (30) peut parvenir jusqu'au composant de l'autre chambre (31).
- Récipient (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la membrane (20) consiste d'une manière connue en soi en métal.
- Récipient (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la membrane (20) consiste en matière plastique, ou en un matériau composite matière plastique-matière plastique ou métal-matière plastique.
- Récipient (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un resserrement (14) dans le domaine de la fixation de la membrane (20).
