Claims (11)
- Fixation en console pour ferrures, en particulier pour paumelle d'articulation de coin sur un battant de fenêtre, de porte ou similaire, comprenant un support de ferrure (10) déterminé destiné à être reçu dans une feuillure (3, 4) du cadre et au moins un élément de blocage (9, 15) agissant entre la ferrure et le cadre (1, 2), cet élément de blocage formant une sécurité contre la torsion du support de ferrure (10), les feuillures (3, 4) pour les supports de ferrure (10) étant prévues uniquement dans un montant de cadre (1 ou 2) soit horizontal soit vertical, étant ouvertes vers le côté intérieur du cadre, et présentant au moins une première zone de réception (3) pour une console, caractérisée en ce qu'une seconde zone de réception (4) côté inférieur pour une partie de pied de console (6) s'étend dans un espace libre (7) de l'assemblage à tenon et mortaise entre les montants horizontal et vertical du cadre (1, 2), ledit espace libre (7) étant limité par une butée (8) pour la partie de pied de console (6), et en ce que la console (5, 14) du support de ferrure (10) peut être engagée par pivotement ou par coulissement dans les première et seconde zones de réception (3, 4) au moins sensiblement par coopération de formes.
- Fixation en console selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la seconde zone de réception (4) de console est réalisée en contre-dépouille par rapport à la première zone de réception (3) de console et comporte un premier tronçon (11) postérieur parallèle à l'axe du montant de cadre (1, 2) doté de la feuillure, un second tronçon (12) prévu dans le même montant de cadre (1), ce second tronçon s'étendant en oblique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de ce montant de cadre par rétrécissement ou élargissement de la feuillure du côté ouverture, et un troisième tronçon situé dans l'espace libre (7) de l'assemblage à tenon et mortaise et limité par la butée (8) formée par le matériau du cadre.
- Fixation en console selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les zones de transition entre les tronçons droits individuels de la zone en contre-dépouille de réception (4) de console sont réalisées en forme d'arcs de cercle.
- Fixation en console selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, dans la direction longitudinale du montant de cadre, la butée (8) est située en affleurement avec l'extrémité libre du tronçon oblique (12) de la zone en contre-dépouille de réception (4) de console.
- Fixation en console selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'espace libre (7), situé dans la région de l'assemblage à tenon et mortaise, pour la seconde zone en contre-dépouille de réception (4) de console est formé par une feuillure du tenon du montant du cadre qui comporte également l'autre feuillure.
- Fixation en console selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la transition entre la console (5) et sa partie de pied (6) est réalisée sous la forme d'une surface de coincement inclinée (13).
- Fixation en console selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la console (14) et sa partie de pied (6) sont formées en deux parties et, à l'état monté, coopèrent avec une partie de bordure qui sert simultanément d'élément de blocage (15), cette partie de bordure pouvant être accouplée en coopération de formes et de force à la fois avec la console (14) et avec le tronçon oblique (12) qui forme un rétrécissement côté ouverture.
- Fixation en console selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (15) forme une coin de blocage, réalisé en particulier en matière plastique.
- Fixation en console selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisée en ce que la console (14) et l'élément de blocage (15) peuvent être accouplés par une liaison de verrouillage à encliquetage.
- Fixation en console selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de pied de console (6) est réalisée à la manière d'une lame tranchante au moins sur des zones partielles de sa périphérie, et en ce que la seconde zone de réception (4) a la même forme en section transversale que la première zone de réception (3) de console.
- Fixation en console selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le tranchant prévu sur la partie de pied de console (6) a une hauteur qui augmente dans la direction périphérique de la partie de pied de la console.
