Aufgrund dieser Formgestaltung ist es nicht notwendig, noch ein zusätzliches Blockierorgan zur Verhinderung eines Verdrehens des Beschlagteils vorzusehen, da eine Verdrehung aufgrund der gewählten Formgestaltung der Ausfräsung nicht möglich ist. Claims (11)

  1. Fixing bracket for fittings, in particular for pivot and corner hinges at windows, doors or the like, comprising a fitting carrier (10) intended to be received in a rabbet (3, 4) of the frame, and at least one blocking member (9, 15) acting between the fitting and the frame (1, 2), this locking member forming a security against the twisting of the fitting carrier (10), the rabbets (3, 4) for the fitting carrier (10) being only provided in one either horizontal or vertical frame member (1 or 2), being open towards the inner side of the frame, and having at least a first mounting area (3) for a bracket, characterised in that a second, bottom-side mounting area (4) for a bracket pedestal (6) extends into a free space (7) of the mortice and tenon assembly between the horizontal and vertical frame members of the frame (1, 2), said free space (7) being limited by an abutment (8) for the pedestal of the bracket (6); and in that the bracket (5, 14) of the fitting carrier (10) can be pivotably or slidably engaged into the first and second mounting areas (3, 4), at least substantially in a form-locked manner.
  2. Fixing bracket according to claim 1, characterised in that the second mounting area (4) of the bracket is undercut with respect to the first mounting area (3) of the bracket and comprises a first, rear portion (11) parallel to the axis of the frame member (1, 2) which is provided with the rabbet, a second portion (12) provided in the same frame member (1), this second portion extending obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis of this frame member by narrowing or broadening of the rabbet at the opening, and a third portion located in the free space (7) of the mortice and tenon assembly and limited by the abutment (8) formed by the material of the frame.
  3. Fixing bracket according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the transition areas between the individual straight portions of the undercut mounting area (4) of the bracket are realised as circular arc portions.
  4. Fixing bracket according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, in the longitudinal direction of the frame member, the abutment (8) is flush with the free end of the oblique portion (12) of the undercut mounting area (4) of the bracket.
  5. Fixing bracket according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the free space (7), located in the region of the mortice and tenon assembly, for the second undercut mounting area (4) of the bracket is formed by a rabbet of the tenon of the frame member which is also provided with the other rabbet.
  6. Fixing bracket according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the transition between the bracket (5) and its pedestal (6) is realised under the form of an inclined clamping surface (13).

  8. Fixing bracket according to claim 7, characterised in that the blocking member (15) forms a clamping wedge, in particular made of plastics material.
  9. Fixing bracket according to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that the bracket (14) and the blocking member (15) are couplable by a snap-lock connection.
  10. Fixing bracket according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pedestal of the bracket (6) is blade-edge like at least over partial regions of its periphery; and in that the second mounting area (4) has the same cross-sectional shape as the first mounting area (3) of the bracket.
  11. Fixing bracket according to claim 10, characterised in that the height of the blade edge provided on the pedestal of the bracket (6) increases in the peripheral direction of the pedestal of the bracket.
