Claims (9)

  1. Localisateur (40) pour un appareil de sertissage (10), qui comporte, dans une paire de porte-mâchoires (11,12) déplaçables de façon à être rapprochés et éloignés l'un de l'autre, une paire de mâchoires (21,22) pourvues chacune d'au moins un élément de poinçonnage (21A-C, 22A-C), les éléments de poinçonnage (21A-C, 22A-C), mutuellement opposés, des deux mâchoires formant une paire coopérante pour comprimer des éléments de raccordement (30) comprenant une partie de fixation (30B) et une partie de contact (30A) sur les extrémités (31A) des conducteurs électriques (31), caractérisé en ce que :
    - le localisateur (40) comporte pour chaque paire d'éléments de poinçonnage (21A/22A, 21B/22B, 21C/22C) un élément d'accrochage (41A-C) pour maintenir l'élément de raccordement (30) ;
    - cet élément d'accrochage (41A-C) est disposé sur un organe porteur (41, 42) qui est déplaçable en ligne droite dans une direction axiale de l'élément de raccordement (30), entre une position initiale de sortie et une position prête au service où il est rapproché au maximum d'un flanc d'un des deux porte-mâchoires (11, 12) de l'appareil de sertisssage (10) ;
    - chaque élément d'accrochage (41A-C) est situé, dans la position initiale de l'organe porteur (41, 42), complètement à l'extérieur de la zone des mâchoires (21, 22) et des porte-mâchoires (11, 12) alors que, dans la position prête au service, il est situe dans l'intervalle existant entre les mâchoires ouvertes (21, 22), et
    - chaque élément d'accrochage est disposé de telle sorte que, dans la position prête au service de l'organe porteur (41, 42), un élément de raccordement (30) soit maintenu dans la position désirée par rapport à l'élément de poinçonnage associé (22A-C).
  2. Localisateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'accrochage (41A-C) sont agencés sous forme de doigts dont la section n'est pas supérieure à la section d'une cavité ménagée dans la partie de contact (30B) d'un élément de raccordement (30) de telle sorte que l'élément de raccordement (30) puisse être engagé par sa partie de contact (30B) sur l'élément d'accrochage (41A-C).
  3. Localisateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'accrochage (41A', 41B' ; 41A'', 41B'') sont agencés sous forme d'ouvertures dans lesquelles une partie de contact non creuse (30B', 30B'') peut être reçue.
  4. Localisateur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (41A', 41B') sont disposées pour recevoir élastiquement une partie de contact (30B') , intrinsèquement non élastique, par le fait qu'elles sont pourvues d'un élément élastique (411A-C).
  5. Localisateur selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe porteur est constitué par un organe en forme de plaque (41; 410, 411 ; 410', 411') comportant les éléments d'accrochage (41A-C; 41A', 41B', 41A'', 41B'') et par un bloc (42) portant cet organe en forme de plaques (41; 410, 411; 410', 411'), qui est disposé sur une tige de guidage (13), maintenue dans le porte-mâchoire (12) et orientée perpendiculairement à celui-ci , en pouvant glisser entre la position initiale et la position prête au service.
  6. Localisateur selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe porteur (41, 42) comporte une voie de guidage (42C), inclinée vers le haut en direction du porte-mâchoire (12) et en ce qu'il est prévu sur l'appareil de sertissage (10) un organe formant levier (14) monté de façon pivotante et qui est pourvu d'un têton d'accrochage (14B) qui s'applique sur la voie de guidage (42C) de telle sorte que, lors d'une sollicitation de l'organe formant levier (14), le localisateur soit transféré dans la position prête au service.
  7. Localisateur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur le têton d'accrochage (14B) une douille (14B') pouvant facilement tourner pour entrer en contact avec la voie de guidage (42C).
  8. Localisateur selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (41) est fixée sur le bloc (42) de façon à être facilement remplaçable.
  9. Localisateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bloc (42) est poussé par un organe élastique (13B) en permanence dans la position initiale.
