Die Drehsteuerung der Aufnahmeplätze ist so ausgelegt, daß der Behälter beim Weitertransport durch den Drehtisch mit seinem beleimten Bereich auf die Etikettenvorderkante trifft und unter der Haftwirkung des Leims das vordere Etikett nach weiterem Abwälzen an der Vorderseite des Etikettenstapels entnimmt. Eine solche Umstellung auf ein anderes Format macht deshalb erhebliche Einstellarbeiten erforderlich. Da die Qualität der Etikettierung wesentlich von der genauen Positionierung des Etikettenkastens abhängt, an dessen vorderem Etikett der Behälter sich unter Entnahme des Etiketts abwälzt, bedarf es besonderer Aufmerksamkeit bei der Einstellung des Etikettenkastens. Schon bei großen Toleranzen desselben Formates machen sich Ungenauigkeiten in der Etikettierung bemerkbar. Dem Etikettenstapel 5 ist für die Beleimung der Hinterkante des jeweils vorderen Etiketts 6 ein weiteres Beleimungsorgan 9 zugeordnet, dessen Düse an der Vorderseite des Etikettenstapels 5 anliegt und von ihm verschlossen gehalten wird. Beim Herausziehen des Etiketts 6 erfolgt dann dessen Beleimung. Der Etikettenstapel 5 ist in einem Etikettenkasten 10 untergebracht, der auf zwei Tragschienen 12a,12b ruht, die mit seitlichen Klemmelementen 12c,12d auf Zapfen 13a,13b des Schlittens 11 festklemmbar sind. Der Schlitten 11 trägt auch das erste Beleimungsorgan 7 mit dessen Fühler 8 und das zweite Beleimungsorgan 9 für die Hinterkantenbeleimung. Der den Etikettenkasten 10, das erste Beleimungsorgan 7 mit seinem Fühler 8 und den Schlitten 14 für das zweite Beleimungsorgan 9 tragende Schlitten 11 ist mittels einer seitlichen Führungsschiene 16 in Richtung des Drehtisches 3 auf einem Unterbau 17 verschiebbar gelagert. Auf der Führungsschiene 16 befindet sich eine Schraubenfeder 18, die mit einem Ende an einem Widerlager 19 auf der Führungsschiene 16 und mit ihrem anderen Ende am Unterbau 17 abgestützt ist, derart, daß der Schlitten 11 von der Feder 18 in Richtung des Drehtisches 3 vorbelastet ist. Die Position des Schlittens 11 gegenüber dem Drehtisch 3 wird durch einen mittels eines Stellknopfes 20 einstellbaren Anschlag 21 bestimmt. Aufgrund dieser Lagerung und Federbeaufschlagung kann der Schlitten 11 bei Druck auf die Vorderseite des Etikettenstapels 5 unter Zusammendrücken der Feder 18 zurückweichen.The
Die Führungsstange 16 dient gleichzeitig dem Schlitten 11 als Kipplager. An seiner der Führungsschiene 16 gegenüberliegenden Seite ist der Schlitten 11 auf einem an einem Knopf 22 einstellbaren, im Unterbau 17 sitzenden Stützelement 23 abgestützt. Auf diesem Stützelement 23 ruht der Schlitten 11 mit seinem Eigengewicht.The
Der Unterbau 17 wird von einer Stellspindel 24 getragen, die ihrerseits in einem Sockel 25 abgestützt ist. Mittels eines Stellrades 26 läßt sich die Spindel 24 verstellen und damit der Unterbau 17 höhenverstellen. Der Unterbau 17 ist mit zwei Führungssäulen 27,28 in Führungshülsen 29,30 geführt. - Labelling machine for circular-cylindrical containers (1), including a turntable (3) provided with rotationally controlled receiving locations (2), which are disposed on the edge of said turntable, for receiving the containers (1), and a labelling station (4), which is positioned on its circumference and is provided with a box for labels (10), which accommodates a stack of labels (5), each container (1) being rolled through the rotationally controlled receiving location (2) against the label (6) situated at the front end of said box, thereby causing the removal of this label (6), said labelling station also being provided with a first gluing means (7), which is disposed in front of the box for labels (10) and is controlled by a sensor (8), which gluing means applies glue to every container (1) which passes, and a second gluing means (9) being provided, which acts upon the rear edge of the front label (6) situated in the box for labels (10), characterised in that the box for labels (10), the first gluing means (7) with its sensor (8), and the second gluing means (9) are disposed on a common carrier (11), which is mounted on a support (17) so as to be displaceable in the direction of the turntable (3) and is biassed by a spring (18) in this direction towards an adjustable stop member (21).
- Labelling machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the support (17) is vertically adjustable.
- Labelling machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the support (17) has, as a guide means for the carrier (11), a bar (16), about which the carrier (11) is tiltable, and an adjustable supporting element (23), which defines the tilting position.
- Labelling machine according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the second gluing means (9) is mounted on an additional carrier (14) so as to be laterally displaceable.
