  2. A brush according to claim 1, characterised in that the bristles (5) are embedded in seatings (6) formed in the body of the circular brush (2), said seatings (6) advantageously being inclined to the radius by an angle of between 5° and 30° in the direction of the direction of rotation.
  3. A brush according to claim 1, characterised in that the device (7) for cleaning and re-erecting the bristles (5) is advantageously a hammer (12) having one or more heads and rotating so as to engage the bristles (5) of the circular brush (2), i.e. in one and the same tangential direction.
  4. A brush according to claim 1, characterised in that device (7) for cleaning and re-erecting the bristles (5) is a compressed air jet installation comprising a compressed air supply conduit (14) and blowing nozzles (15) directed towards the bristles (5), the conduit (14) receiving a reciprocating movement parallel to the axis of the circular brush (2) in the direction of the arrow (16).
