Claims (15)
- Verschluß für ein Faß mit einer an ihrem einen Ende verschlossenen Hülle (17), deren Rand als Spirale (23) nach außen umgerollt ist, wobei dieser Verschluß einen Deckel (9) und einen Spannring (18) aufweist, um ein Verschieben des Deckels (9) im Verhältnis zur Hülle (17) zu verhindern,- wobei der Rand des Deckels (9) an seinem Umfang einen nach oben gerichteten als zylindrischer Kragen (12) ausgebildeten Bereich aufweist, an den sich senkrecht ein nach außen erstreckender flacher Ring (13) und an diesen ein nach unten zurückgebogener zylindrischer Rand (14) anschließt, so daß dieser zusammen mit dem Kragen (12) und dem flachen Ring (13) eine ringförmige Vertiefung (15) bildet, in der eine elastische Dichtung (16) von geeigneter Form angeordnet ist,- und der Spannring (18) von einem unterbrochenen Ring mit U-förmigem Querschnitt gebildet wird, wobei die Öffnung dieses U zum Mittelpunkt des unterbrochenen Rings hin gerichtet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß- der Durchmesser des zylindrischen Kragens (12) des Deckels (9) dem Innendurchmesser der Hülle (17) entspricht und die ringförmige Vertiefung (15) des Deckels (9) eine Breite hat, so daß der zur Spirale (23) umgerollte Rand und die Hülle (17) sich mit Reibschluß berühren können, und daß die Höhe des Kragens (12) mindestens das 1,5-fache des Abstandes beträgt, der bei verschlossenem Faß zwischen dem flachen Ring (13) des Dekkels (9) und dem unteren Bereich der Spirale (23) der Hülle (17) vorhanden ist, und daß die Höhe des zurückgebogenen zylindrischen Rings (14) so groß ist, daß sich bei verschlossenem Faß sein freies Ende bis über eine durch die Mitte der Spirale (23) hindurchgehende gedachte horizontale Ebene hinaus nach unten erstreckt;- der unterbrochene Ring einen für die Abstützung auf dem zurückgebogenen zylindrischen Ring (14) des Deckels (9) vorgesehenen mittleren zylindrischen Streifen (20) aufweist, der an seiner einen Seite mit einem für die Abstützung auf dem flachen Ring (13) des Deckels (9) vorgesehenen ringförmigen ebenen Streifen (19) und an seiner anderen Seite mit einem für das Untergreifen unter den als Spirale (23) umgerollten Rand der Hülle (17) vorgesehenen kegelstumpfförmigen Streifen (21) verbunden ist, wobei der zylindrische mittlere Streifen (20) und der kegelstumpfförmige Streifen (21) unter einem stumpfen Winkel miteinander verbunden sind;- die Enden des unterbrochenen Rings mit einem Spannelement (27) versehen sind, so daß beim Spannen des Rings unter gleichzeitiger Zusammendrückung der Dichtung (16) der Rand des Deckels (9) und die Spirale (23) der Hülle (17) in axialer Richtung zusammengedrückt werden und dabei die Dichtheit des Verschlusses und das Spannen des Rings (18) um den zurückgebogenen zylindrischen Rand (14) des Deckels (9) und der Spirale (23) der Hülle (17) herum gesichert wird. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an seinem vorgesehenen Platz angeordnete und gespannte Spannring (18) sich mit seinem mittleren zylindrischen Streifen (20) gegen den zurückgebogenen zylindrischen Rand (14) des Deckels (9) abstützt und der freie Rand des kegelstumpfförmigen Streifens (21) des Spannrings (18) den zylindrischen Bereich der Hülle (17) nicht berührt.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Kragens (12) des Deckels (9) mindestens 2 mal so groß ist, wie bei verschlossenem Faß der Abstand zwischen dem flachen Ring (13) des Deckels (9) und dem unteren Bereich der Spirale (23) der Hülle (17).
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Dichtung (16) in nicht zusammengedrücktem Zustand einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen an die Form des Bodens der ringförmigen Vertiefung (15) des Deckels (9) angepaßten Querschnitt aufweist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Dichtung (16) in nicht zusammengedrücktem Zustand einen Querschnitt aufweist, dessen oberer Bereich der Form des Bodens der ringförmigen Vertiefung (15) des Deckels (9) angepaßt ist und dessen unterer Bereich in Anpassung an die Form des oberen Bereichs der Spirale (23) konkav ausgebildet ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Projektion des kegelstumpfförmigen Streifens (21) parallel zur Achse des Fasses auf den ringförmigen ebenen Streifen (19) des Spannrings (18) schmaler ist, als dieser ringförmige ebene Streifen (19).
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an seinem Platz befestigte Spannring (18) sich mit seinem ringförmigen ebenen Streifen (19) in Richtung zur Achse des Fasses hin über die durch den Kragen (12) des Deckels (9) gebildete zylindrische Oberfläche hinaus erstreckt.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der stumpfe Winkel, unter welchem sich der mittlere Streifen (20) und der kegelstumpfförmige Streifen (21) des Spannrings (18) miteinander verbinden, zwischen 120 und 150° beträgt.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem der Enden (29) des Spannrings (18) ein Verstellelement (28) mit U-förmigem Querschnitt übereinstimmend mit dem U-förmigen Querschnitt des Spannrings (18) befestigt ist, so daß das Verstellelement (28) die beiden Enden (29,30) des Spannrings (18) übergreift, wenn dieser auf das Faß aufgebracht ist, und daß das Spannelement (27) zwischen dem Verstellelement (28) und dem anderen Ende (30) des Spannrings (18) angeordnet ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannelement (27) eine fest mit dem einen der Enden (29) des Spannrings (18) verbundene Luftscheibe (32), eine mit dem anderen Ende (30) des Spannrings (18) fest verbundene Schraubenmutter (31) und eine Schraube (33) zum Zusammenziehen der Lochscheibe (32) und der Schraubenmutter (31) aufweist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannvorrichtung als Hebeleinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehendnen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spirale (23) einen Umrollwinkel von weniger als 360° aufweist und sich in einen geraden Bereich verlängert, der sich schräg nach unten in Richtung des vertikalen Bereichs der Hülle (17) erstreckt.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Verschließen des Fasses das Ende (25) des als Spirale (23) umgerollten Randes der Hülle (17) sich nicht gegen den vertikalen Bereich dieser Hülle (17) abstützt.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende des als Spirale (23) umgerollten Randes der Hülle (17) sich bei verschlossenem Faß nicht gegen den vertikalen Bereich dieser Hülle (17) abstützt.
- Faß versehen mit einem Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
