Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spannvorrichtung, insbesondere Knie­hebelspannvorrichtung zum Festspannen von Werkstücken gemäß Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a clamping device, in particular toggle lever clamping device for clamping workpieces according to the preamble of the main claim.

Spannvorrichtungen der genannten Art sind hinlänglich bekannt und in Benutiung, so daß es keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Nachweises bedarf. Derartige Spannvorrichtungen werden benötigt, um irgendwelche Werkstücke zu Bearbeitungszwecken auf Tischen von Bearbeitugnsmaschinen festzuspannen, insbesondere aber auch, um bspw. Karrosserieteile u.dgl. Bleche zueinander zu fixieren, um sie lagegenau verschweißen zu können. Die Betätigung der Spannarme an diesen Vorrichtungen erfolgt in der Regel mit Betä­tigungszylindern, deren Kolben pneumatisch von der einen und der anderen Seite mit Druck beaufschlagbar sind, um den Spannarm ei­nerseits in Schließstellung und andererseits wieder in Öffnungs­stellung zu bringen. Die Druckmediumsanschlüsse sind beidseitig an den die Zylinderenden bildenden Flanschen angesetzt, d.h. insbesondere die Rückstell-Druckmediumsleitung erstreckt sich seitlich über die ganze Länge des Stellzylinders. Je nach Art der verwendeten Sensoren (Magnetfeldschalter, Näherungsschalter oder Rollentastschalter) für die Endstellungs-Abfrage der Kol­benstange gilt das gleiche, d.h. diese Sensoren sid entweder am Kopfstück der Vorrichtung oder im Bereich des Betätiungszylin­ders seitlich angeordnet, wobei sich die Leitungsführungen eben­falls seitlich an den Vorrichtungen erstrecken und das Kabelan­schlußstück ebenfalls quer zur Längsachse der Vorrichtung abste­hend angeordnet ist. In Rücksicht auf die in der Regel gegebenen engen Raumverhältnisse kann eine derartige seitliche Anordnung des Anschlußstückes hinderlich sein, zumal damit die Beschädi­gungsgefahr stromführender Kabel erhöht wird, was im Beschädi­ gungsfall zu Funktionsstörungen der Endabfragung führen kann. Je nach den örtlichen Einbau- und Anordnungsverhältnissen der Spannvorrichtung kann es also wünschensert sein, das Kabelan­schlußstück derart der Vorrichtung zuordnen zu können, daß es entweder seitlich oder axial nach hinten am Betätigungszylinder abgeht.Clamping devices of the type mentioned are well known and in use, so that no special printed evidence is required. Bei dieser erfindungsgemäßen Ausbildung hat es also sowohl der Hersteller derartiger Vorrichtungen, aber auch der Benutzer in der Hand, je nach den Einbauverhältnissen der Gesamtvorrichtung die von den Sensoren zum Kabelanschlußstück führenden Leitungen und das Anschlußstück selbst entweder seitlich oder nach hinten abgehend am Zylinder anzuodnen, wobei lediglich die Leitungen durch den einen oder anderen Zweig des Unterbringungskanales zu führen sind und das Kabelanschlußstück entweder seitlich oder hinten an den Ausmündungen der Zweige anzuordnen. Zweckmäßig wird dabei der Kanal mit seinen beiden Zweigen als nach außen offene Nut ausgebildet, wobei die Abdeckung einerseits als Trä­ger für das Kabelanschlußstück und andererseits als Verschluß für die Nut dient. Bei dieser vorteilhaften Ausbildung des Kana­les in Form einer nach außen offenen Nut ist ein Wechsel der einen oder anderen Anordnungsrichtung des Kabelanschlußstückes besonders einfach, da nach Abnahme der Abdeckung der gesamte Ka­nal mit seinen Zweigen offen bleibt und somit einer Umstellung der Leitungsführung ohne weiteres zugänglich ist. Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel handelt es sich um eine Spannvorrichtung besonderer Art, bei der die beiden in wählbaren Abständen zueinander angeordneten Sensoren mit einer Stellstange betätigt werden, die - wie ersichtlich - am oberen Ende der Kol­benstange 12 in geeigneter Weise befestigt ist. Unabhängig von diesem speziellen Ausführungsbeispiel könnten die beiden Senso­ren 11, was ebenfalls bekannt ist, auch unmittelbar im Bereich der Kolbenstange am Kopfstück 13 der Spannvorrichtung angeordnet ein. Diese speziellen Ausführungsmöglichkeiten derartiger Spannvorrichtungen einschließlich der speziellen Anordnung der Sensoren 11 bedarf hier keiner näheren Erläuterung, da im vor­liegenden Fall nur die Anordnung des Kabelanschlußstückes 7 mit den zu den Sensoren 11 führenden Anschlußleitungen von Belang ist. Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, sind die Anschlußleitungen 1 in einem Kanal 2 der Spannvorrichtung angeordnet, der einen seit­lich abgehenden Zweig 4 und einen zum freien Ende 3 der Vorrich­tung führenden zweig 5 aufweist. Das Kabelanschlußstück 7 sitzt dabei an einer Abdeckung 6, die mit dem Kabelanschlußstück 7 derart umstellbar an der Vorrichtung sitzt, daß das Kabelan­schlußstück 7 am Ende des seitlichen Zweiges 4 oder am Ende des anderen Zweiges 5 des Kanales 2 mit seinen Zweigen 4, 5 nicht als Bohrung ausgebildet, sondern vorteilhaft in Form einer nach außen offenen Nut 2′, die lediglich von der Abdeckung 6 abge­deckt wird. Diese Abdeckung 6 ist aus einem Blechzuschnitt 6′ in der bspw. dargestellten Form gebildet, der eine abgewinkelte Fahne 9 aufweist, an der das Kabelanschlußstück 7 in geeigneter Weise befestigt und wie ersichtlich angeordnet ist. Beim gezeig­ten Ausführungsbeispiel ist dieser Blechzuschnitt an die Form des Endflansches 3′ des Betätigungszylinders 8 angepaßt und, wie ebenfalls ersichtlich, lediglich mit einer kleinen Schraube an der Stelle 10 des Endflansches 3′ fixiert. Die Anordnung dieser Stelle 10 ist dabei so getroffen, daß der Blechzuschnitt 6′ auch in der strichpunktierten Stellung fixiert werden kann, bei der das Kabelanschlußstück 7 nach hinten vom Endflansch 3′ des Betä­tigungszylinders 8 abgeht. Eine derartige Kanal- bzw. Claims (5)

1. Spannvorrichtung, insbesondere Kniehebelspannvorrichtung zum Festspannen von Werkstücken, bestehend aus einem Betäti­gungszylinder mit aufgesetztem Kopfstück, in dem die mit der Kolbenstange gekoppelte Spannhebelmechanik angeordnet ist, wobei im Stellweg axial beweglicher Elemente Endstellungsen­soren angeordnet sind, deren Anschlußleistungen zu einem Ka­belanschlußstück im Bereich des Betätigungszylinders geführt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschlußleitungen (1) in einem Kanal (2) der Spann­vorrichtung angeordnet sind, der einen seitlich abgehenden und einen zum freien Ende (3) der Vorrichtung führenden Zweig (4, 5) aufweist, und daß die Vorrichtung mit einer Ab­deckung (6) versehen ist, an der das Kabelanschlußstück (7) befestigt und die mit dem Kabelanschlußstück (7) derart um­stellbar an der Vorrichtung angeordnet ist, daß das Kabelan­schlußstück (7) am Ende des seitlichen Zweiges (4) oder am Ende des anderen Zweiges (5) des Kanales (2) sitzt.

characterized,
that the connecting lines (1) are arranged in a channel (2) of the tensioning device which has a branch (4, 5) which leads laterally and leads to the free end (3) of the device, and that the device has a cover (6) is provided, to which the cable connection piece (7) is attached and which is arranged on the device in such a manner that it can be changed over with the cable connection piece (7) in such a way that the cable connection piece (7) at the end of the side branch (4) or at the end of the other branch (5) of the channel (2) sits.

daß der Kanal (2) mit seinen Zweigen (4, 5) als nach außen offene Nut (2′) ausgebildet ist.
