So that the cable-connecting piece (7) can be alternatively arranged laterally or so as to exit to the rear, the connecting leads (1) according to the invention are arranged in a channel (2) of the clamping device, which channel (2) has a branch (4) exiting laterally and a branch (5) leading to the free end (3) of the device.
