Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Leinenschutz für einen schirmartigen Wäschetrockner gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Schirmartige Wäschetrockner, sogenannte Wäschespinnen, bleiben in der Praxis meist im Freien stehen, um sie jederzeit ohne Vorbereitung zum Trocknen von Wäsche benutzen zu können. Um die dadurch entstehende zwangsläufige Verschmutzung der Wäscheleinen zu verhindern, sind über den Wäschetrockner zu ziehende Schutzhüllen bekannt. Das Überziehen dieser Schutzhüllen ist sehr umständlich; aus diesem Mangel entstand die Schutzhülle gemäß der EP-A-0 214 123.
  • Nachteilig an dieser Ausführung ist, daß die Schutzhülle konstruktions- und systembedingt am Topende des Standrohres offen ausgeführt werden muß. Es kann in das Standrohr regnen, wodurch, bedingt durch die langsame Austrocknung, der Stoff der Schutzhülle frühzeitig zu modern beginnt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es deshalb, eine Schutzeinrichtung für die Wäscheleine eines schirmartigen Wäschetrockners zu schaffen, die unverlierbar am Wäschetrockner angeordnet ist, die leicht und schnell über die Wäscheleinen zu ziehen ist, und bei der ein Verrotten des Materials der Schutzeinrichtung sowie Eindringen der Feuchtigkeit ins Standrohr zuverlässig verhindert wird.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 erreicht. Die streifenförmige Ausführung der Abdeckung macht es möglich, das Standrohr mit einer dieses schließende Umlenkhaube zu versehen. Die streifenförmigen Abdeckungen können dadurch sowohl außen als auch im Innern des Standrohres in den Aufnahmerinnen geführt werden. Durch die besondere Ausführung der Abdeckungen sind keinerlei Zugmittel wie Gewicht, Federn oder Zugseile erforderlich.
  • Weitere Ausführungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. So können die Abdeckungen wahlweise aus stoff- beziehungsweise folienartigem Material hergestellt werden, wodurch eine besonders ästhetische Optik erzielt wird. Die beidseitig angeordneten, steifen Keder, als Führungs- und Halteleisten ausgebildet, verhindern im Zusammenwirken mit einer im Querschnitt L-förmigen Führung an den Armen ein Auseinanderfallen derselben.
  • Eine besonders einfach Bedienung wird durch die Halterung aller Abdeckungen in einem geschlossenen Ring erreicht. Dieser Ring wird im Benutzungszustand des Wäschetrockners an der Umlenkhaube verrastet.
  • Die Optik wird weiter verbessert durch die besondere Ausbildung der Arme als im Querschnitt 90-Grad-Bogen.
  • Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden im folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:

    eine Ansicht eines schirmartigen Wäschetrockners im geschlossenen Zustand, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung noch nicht ganz heruntergezogen ist,

    ein Schnitt gemäß der Linie II - II Figur 1,
    Figur 2a
    eine Alternativlösung entsprechend einem Schnitt II - II nach Figur 1 und
    Figur 3
    einen Schnitt gemäß der Linie III - III nach Figur 2.
  • An einem Standrohr 1 sind über eine Schiebehülse 2 vier klappbare Arme 3 angelenkt. Diese stützen sich über Stützarme 4 und einer weiteren Hülse 5 am oberen Ende 6 zusätzlich am Standrohr 1 ab.
  • Das Standrohr 1 kann sowohl als Vierkantrohr (Figur 2), als auch als Rundrohr (Figur 2a) ausgeführt sein. Nach Figur 2 werden durch angeformte Stege 7, die im Querschnitt Rohrsegmente bilden, Aufnahmerinnen 8 gebildet. Gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 2a sind im Innern 9 des als Rundrohr 10 ausgebildeten Standrohres winkelförmige Stege 11 zur Bildung der Aufnahmerinnen 8 angeformt.
  • Die Arme 3 sind im Querschnitt als 90-Grad-Bogen ausgeführt. Jeweils am Bogenende 12 ist eine im Querschnitt L-förmige Führung 13 angeformt. Diese Führung 13 ist mit einem diese halbverschließenden Quersteg 14 versehen. Zur Halterung der Leinen 15 ist in der Winkelhalbierenden ein Steg 16 angeformt.
  • An einem geschlossenen Ring 17 sind vier Abdeckungen 18 befestigt. Diese streifenförmigen Abdeckungen sind beidseitig mit diese verdickende Keder 19 versehen. Mit diesen Kedern 19 sind die Abdeckungen 18 in den Führungen 13 geführt und werden durch die Querstege 14 gegen seitliches Herausgleiten gesichert. Die Abdeckungen 18 sind über einen Führungsbogen 20 in einer am Ende 6 des Standrohres 1 befestigten Umlenkhaube 21 in die Aufnahmerinnen 8 geführt. An der Umlenkhaube 21 sind Halteleisten 5 zur Halterung des Ringes 17 über eine Rasteinrichtung 22 angeformt.
  • Verschiebt man den Ring 17 gemäß Figur 1 oder Figur 3 in Richtung 23, so verschiebt sich die Abdeckung, geführt durch den Führungsbogen 20, in der Aufnahmerinne 8 in Richtung 24, bis schließlich die Rasteinrichtung 22 hinter die Halteleisten 25 an der Umlenkhaube 21 verrastet. Der Wäschetrockner kann mittels des Spreizgestells aufgespannt werden. Nach Beendigung des Trockenvorganges wird umgekehrt verfahren; durch Ziehen am Ring 17 wird die Abdeckung in der Führung 13 entgegen die Richtung 23 gezogen und die Leinen 15 werden nach innen zwischen die Arme 3 und dem Standrohr 1 gedrückt.

Claims (7)

  1. Schirmartiger Wäschetrockner mit einem zentralen Standrohr (1) sowie einem auf diesem vorzugsweise verstellbar angeordneten, eine Wäscheleine (15) tragenden, aufspannbaren und zusammenklappbaren, aus mehreren Armen bestehendem Spreizgestell, sowie eine im zusammengeklappten Zustand über die Wäscheleine bringbare Schutzvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwischen zwei Armen (3) eine senkrecht verschiebbare in Führungen (13) an den Armen (3) geführte streifenförmige, biegsame, bei senkrechter Belastung steife Abdeckung (18) vorgesehen ist, und daß am Ende (6) des Standrohres (1) eine Umlenkhaube (21) zur Überleitung der Abdeckungen in Aufnahmerinnen (8) am Standrohr (1) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Schirmartiger Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmerinnen (8) durch am Standrohr (1) angeformte Stege (7,11) gebildet sind.
  3. Schirmartiger Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (18) aus stoff- beziehungsweise folienartigem Material mit beidseitig angeordneten, steifen Kedern (19) besteht.
  4. Schirmartiger Wäschetrockner nach Anpruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kedern (19) als Führungs-und Halteleisten ausgebildet sind.
  5. Schirmartiger Wäschetrockner nach einem der Anspüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckungen (18) außenendig durch einen geschlossenen Ring (17) gehalten sind.
  6. Schirmartiger Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (17) mit einer Rasteinrichtung (22) zur Halterung an der Umlenkhaube (21) versehen ist.
  7. Schirmartiger Wäschetrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme (3) im Querschnitt einen 90-Grad-Bogen bilden, an dessen Enden jeweils die Führungen (13), nach innen gerichtet, und in der Winkelhalbierende ein Steg (16) zur Halterung der Leinen (15) vorgesehen sind.
