Claims (11)

  1. System zur automatischen Registrierung und Steuerung des Parkens, insbesondere ebenerdig in Stadtbereichen, wobei die verfügbaren Parkflächen (1) mit entsprechenden Stellplätzen (3) versehen sind, die Stellflächen (3) jeweils mit einer Parkverriegelungseinrichtung für die eingestellten Fahrzeuge versehen sind, der Betrieb dieser Einrichtung unter der Überwachung einer üblichen Erfassungseinrichtung (9) der eingestellten Fahrzeuge mittels einer zentralen Steuereinheit gesteuert wird, die die Parkanweisungen der Kunden für jeden identifizierten Stellplatz (3) registriert und auswertet, wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtung zum einen aus einem an der Seite der Zufahrt zu einem Stellplatz angeordneten versenkbaren teleskopischen Pfostenelements besteht, dessen Bewegung durch die Steuereinheit gesteuert wird und die sich zur Zufahrt des Fahrzeuges zum Stellplatz auf die Erdoberfläche absenkt und unter der Überwachung der Erfassungseinrichtung (9) auf eine ausreichende Höhe erhebt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung zum anderen aus einer Gesamtheit von beabstandeten festen Einfassungselementen (11) besteht, die jeden der Stellplätze (3) seitlich an zumindest einer seiner Seiten im Zusammenwirken mit bereits bestehenden baulichen Einrichtungen (Wand, Mäuerchen, Böschung, Aufschüttung) begrenzen, wobei das Fahrzeug in seiner eingestellten Stellung durch das teleskopische Postenelement im Zusammenwirken mit den genannten Einfassungselementen (11) und den baulichen Elementen (15) eingeschlossen ist und wobei zur Verhinderung einer übermäßigen Beschädigung des Fahrzeuges im Fall eines falschen Rangiermanövers desselben das Pfostenelement eine Kappe aufweist, die auf einen das Absenken des Pfostenelements in diesem Fall bewirkenden Druck eingestellt ist.
  2. Automatisches System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das versenkbare Pfostenelement ein in der Mitte der Zufahrtsseite (13) des Stellplatzes angeordneter Teleskoppfosten (17) ist.
  3. Automatisches System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pfosten (17) ein Beleuchtungselement und die Identifikationsnummer des Stellplatzes trägt.
  4. Automatisches System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Parkberechtigung über Wertkarten erteilt wird, die den Benutzern zugeordnet sind und in einer für die Parkfläche bestimmten Zeiterfassungsstelle (7) gelesen werden.
  5. Automatisches System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erfassungseinrichtung eine im Bodenbelag jeder Stellfläche (3) eingelassene Magnetschleifeneinrichtung (9) zur Erfassung der Fahrzeuge oder eine den Druck erfassende Einrichtung wie beispielsweise ein elastischer Preßluftwulst oder -schlauch ist oder ein Radar-Näherungsschalter.
  6. Automatisches System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit ein der betreffenden Parkfläche zugeordneter Automat ist, der in geeigneter Weise mit der Zeiterfassungsstelle (7) zur Erfassung und Auswertung der Parkkarten der Kunden, mit den Schaltkreisen oder Einrichtungen (9) zur Erfassung der Fahrzeuge auf den Stellflächen und mit den Antriebselementen (23) der Teleskoppfosten (17) verbunden ist.
  7. Automatisches System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Automat der Parkflächen (1) (durch Funk- oder Kabelverbindung) in der Abhängigkeit einer zentralen Überwachungsstelle steht.
  8. Automatisches System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung der Stellflächen (3) auf der Parkfläche (1) veränderlich ist, beispielsweise versetzt oder geradlinig auf den Seitengängen einer Fahrbahn.
  9. Automatisches System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pfosten (17) der freien Stellfläche (3) zur Zufahrt der Fahrzeuge versenkt ist und sich bei Parkberechtigung des Benutzers nach Einstellen des Fahrzeuges unter der Überwachung des Erfassungselements mittels der Steuereinheit erhebt.
  10. Automatisches System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pfosten (17) unter der Überwachung des Erfassungselements mittels der Steuereinheit für eine vorbestimmte Zeit nach dem Einstellen des Fahrzeuges ohne Parkberechtigung versenkt bleibt.
  11. Automatisches System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung des Teleskoppfosten (17) automatisch und aus der Ferne mittels eines Gehäuses oder Schlüssels eines selektiven Strahls, der von einem geeigneten Empfänger des Pfostens empfangen wird, betätigt wird.
