Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Etikettenspender für Nähmaschinen, der aufweist:

  • (a) eine Halterung für eine Etikettenband-Vorratstrommel;
  • (b) einen Schrittmotor zum abschnittsweisen Vorschieben des Etikettenbands;
  • (c) einen Lichtsensor zum Erfassen von Lesemarken auf dem Etikettenband;
  • (d) eine Klemmvorrichtung zum Einklemmen jeweils des vorderen Endbereichs des Etikettenbands;
  • (e) ein Messer zum Abschneiden jeweils eines mit seinem vorderen Endbereich eingeklemmten Etiketts von dem Etikettenband;
  • (f) eine Zuführvorrichtung zum Ergreifen des jeweiligen Etiketts und dessen Zuführung zu der Nähmaschine zum Annähen an ein Nähgut; und
  • (g) eine elektronische Steuerung für den Schrittmotor, die mit Daten über die jeweils anzunähenden Etiketten programmierbar ist und an die der Lichtsensor ange­schlossen ist.

Die Klemmvorrichtung 15 weist eine anhand eines zweifach abgewinkelten Armes 15.1 fest mit dem Gehäuse 3 verbun­dene, obere Klemmbacke 15.2 und eine bewegliche, untere Klemmbacke 15.3 auf, die mittels eines einfach abgewin­kelten Armes 15.4 exzentrisch drehbar einem Drehantrieb 16 angelenkt ist. Zur Führung der Kreiselbewegung der unteren Klemmbacke 15.3 beim Betrieb ist ferner der ange­lenkte Schenkel des einfach abgewinkelten Armes 15.4 mit einer Bohrung 15.5 ausgebildet, in der der eine Endab­schnitt einer Führungsstange 15.6 verfahrbar aufgenommen ist. Der mit einem größeren Durchmesser ausgestaltete andere Endabschnitt der Führungsstange 15.6 ist am Gehäuse 3 schwenkbar gelagert. Die pneumatische Blasein­heit 14 weist die Form eines ebenfalls abgewinkelten Flachkanals und an ihrem sich etwa bis zur Höhe des zu­laufenden Etikettenbandes erstreckenden Ende eine Mehr­zahl in die Vorschubrichtung des Etikettenbandes 6 ausge­richteter Düsenöffnungen 14.1 auf (vgl. auch Fig. 3). Das Messer 12 ist in für sich bekannter Weise an einer Welle befestigt, die parallel zur Zeichnungsebene verlaufend angeordnet und daher in der Fig. 2 nicht sichtbar ist. Die Schwenkbewegung des Messers 12 wird dann mit Hilfe eines einfachen Druckzylinders über einen Hebel betätigt, die in der Fig. 2 ebenfalls nicht sichtbar sind.A further, enlarged illustration of the folding device 11 can be seen from FIG. 2. The pivoting movement of the knife 12 is then actuated with the aid of a simple pressure cylinder via a lever, which are likewise not visible in FIG. 2.

Die ersten drei Bilder a bis c zeigen den nach der In­betriebnahme der Falzeinrichtung 11 anlaufenden Trans­port des Etikettenbandes 6. Zunächst erfolgt ein Vorschub des Etikettenbandes 6 um einen bestimmten Teilabschnitt der vorprogrammierten Gesamtstrecke als ein erster Arbeitsschritt, gegen dessen Ende sich die Klemmvorrich­tung 15 infolge der nach unten einsetzenden Kreiselbewe­gung der beweglichen, unteren Klemmbacke 15.3 zu öffnen beginnt (vgl. Bild a). Im Verlaufe eines nachfolgenden zweiten Arbeitsschrittes wird das Etikettenband 6 um einen weiteren Teilabschnitt der erforderlichen Gesamt­strecke vorgeschoben, und gleichzeitig weitet sich auch die Öffnung zwischen den Klemmbacken 15.2, 15.3 der Klemmvorrichtung 15 weiter auf (vgl. Bild b). Die Führungsstange 15.6 der beweglichen Klemmbacke 15.3 bleibt während der beschriebenen beiden Arbeitsschritte gemäß den Bildern a und b im wesentlichen in ihrer aus­gefahrenen Position. Dies ändert sich mit dem dritten Arbeitsschritt nach dem Bild c dahingehend, daß sich die bewegliche, untere Klemmbacke 15.3 unter Einfahren der Führungsstange 15.6 in ihre Bohrung 15.5 an die zuge­wandte Seitenfläche der pneumatischen Blaseinheit 14 anlegt und dadurch der daran überhängende Vorderabschnitt eines Etiketts zwischen diesen beiden Teilen eingeklemmt wird.The mode of operation of the folding device 11 is explained with reference to FIG. 4, which, apart from the device in question, only represents the two transport rollers 8, 9, the label tape 6 running between them and the line of action of the knife 12. Claims (4)

1. Etikettenspender (1) für Nähmaschinen (N), der aufweist: (a) eine Halterung für eine Etikettenband-Vorratstrom­mel (5); (b) einen Schrittmotor (4) zum abschnittsweisen Vor­schieben des Etikettenbands (6); (c) einen Lichtsensor (10) zum Erfassen von Lesemarken auf dem Etikettenband (6); (d) eine Klemmvorrichtung (15) zum Einklemmen jeweils des vorderen Endbereichs des Etikettenbands (6); (e) ein Messer (12) zum Abschneiden jeweils eines mit seinem vorderen Endbereich eingeklemmten Etiketts von dem Etikettenband; (f) eine Zuführeinrichtung (Z) zum Ergreifen des jeweiligen Etiketts und dessen Zuführung zu der Nähmaschine (N) zum Annähen an ein Nähgut; und (g) eine elektronische Steuerung (17) für den Schritt­motor (4), die mit Daten über die jeweils anzu­nähenden Etiketten programmierbar ist und an die der Lichtsensor (10) angeschlossen ist. 1.
