Claims (10)

  1. Installation de chauffage pour filaments, fils, étoffes textiles ou feuilles de matière plastique comprenant plusieurs éléments de chauffage électrique (7) agencés perpendiculairement à la course (3) du matériau traité (4), encastrés parallèlement les uns par rapport aux autres dans un corps porteur de bonne conductibilité thermique et, par ce dernier, en bon contact thermique avec une surface de guidage (1) pour le matériau à traiter,
    caractérisée par le fait que
    a) plusieurs tubes échangeurs de chaleur (6) cylindriques fermés de toutes parts et réalisés dans un matériau de bonne conductibilité thermique sont disposés dans un espace intermédiaire entre la surface de guidage (1) et les éléments de chauffage électrique (7) et agencés parallèlement à ces éléments, les tubes échangeurs de chaleur étant en bon contact thermique avec la surface de guidage (1) et les éléments de chauffage (7), et en partie remplis d'un liquide s'évaporant à la température de traitement du matériau à traiter;
    b) un corps de base (8) portant la surface de guidage (1) et maintenu de façon à assurer le contact thermique sur le corps porteur (5) est pourvu sur sa face opposée à la surface de guidage de creux à section transversale semi-ronde pour la réception partielle des tubes échangeurs de chaleur (6), et
    c) le corps porteur (5) est également doté de creux semi-ronds (10) disposés vis-à-vis des creux semi-ronds (9) du corps de base (8), et qu'il est divisé à la hauteur des éléments de chauffage électrique (7) en vue de la réception de ces derniers.
  2. Installation de chauffage selon revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les tubes échangeurs de chaleur (6) sont agencés en décalage dans l'interstice des éléments de chauffage (7).
  3. Installation de chauffage selon revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que les deux éléments (5a, 5b) du corps porteur (5) présentent une forme identique.
  4. Installation de chauffage selon revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que les deux éléments (5a, 5b) du corps porteur (5) présentent chacun sur l'une de leurs faces un creux central semi-rond (11) destiné à recevoir un élément de chauffage (7), et sont dotés, sur la face opposée, de deux creux semi-ronds (10) écartés l'un de l'autre et destinés à recevoir partiellement les tubes échangeurs de chaleur (6).
  5. Installation de chauffage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle se compose de segments de chauffage (2a à 2c) agencés séparément les uns à côté des autres, perpendiculairement à la direction de course du matériau à traiter, dont chacun comprend un corps porteur (5) de bonne conductibilité thermique, un élément de chauffage électrique (7) et deux tubes échangeurs de chaleur (6).
  6. Installation de chauffage selon revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que le corps de base (8) comprenant la surface de guidage (1) présente sur la face opposée à la surface de guidage (1) des barrettes de retenue (12) agencées par intervalles et entre lesquelles les corps porteurs (5) peuvent être insérés.
  7. Installation de chauffage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que le corps porteur (5) est un profilé étiré en aluminium, en laiton ou en cuivre.
  8. Installation de chauffage selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que les tubes échangeurs de chaleur (6) sont réalisés en cuivre, et dans laquelle de l'eau sert de liquide producteur de vapeur.
  9. Installation de chauffage selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que la surface de guidage est formée par le manteau d'un rouleau cylindrique, d'un cylindre ou d'un galet logés de manière tournante sur ou avec un arbre, et que les tubes échangeurs de chaleur ainsi que les éléments de chauffage électrique sont agencés, dans le manteau, parallèlement à l'arbre et répartis uniformément sur la circonférence de ce rouleau.
  10. Installation de chauffage selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que la surface de guidage (1) fait partie d'une plaque de chauffe (2) stationnaire, de préférence bombée.
