- Procédé de fabrication d'une poulie constituée à partir d'une disque en métal (1) ayant une moyeu (2) et une surface d'appui cylindrique (3) se projetant en substance verticalment à la surface de moyeu, la surface d'appui ayant un épaisseur plus grande que l'epaisseur de la moyeu et peut être munie des gorges se projetant periphériquement ou de denture en travers,
caractérisé en ce
que la disque en métal (1) serrée entre des machoires (4,5) est bordée dans sa portion peripherique par moyen de galet à border, c.-à-d. elle est formée courbement en substance dans la direction de la surface d'appui à former et en ce que ensuite la portion bordée (2) tellement formée est pressée plat entre les machoires (4,5) et moyen de galet à presser (7) adapté au contour des machoires pour former la surface d'appui épaissie.
