Bei der Fassadenkonstruktion bestehend aus an Pfosten und Riegeln über Preßleisten befestigten Verglasungen und/oder Paneelen, wobei zwischen der Innenfläche der Verglasung oder des Paneels und der Außenfläche der Pfosten und Riegel inneren und zwischen der Außenfläche der Verglasung oder des Paneels und der Innenfläche der Preßleisten äußere Dichtungen angeordnet sind, ist der von den Pfosten (18), den Riegeln (24, 88), den Verglasungen oder Paneelen und den Preßleisten (120) eingeschlossenen Raum als entspannter Raum ausgebildet und von den inneren Dichtungen ist eine wasser- und luftdicht Dichtebene ausgebildet.
