Claims (7)

1. Zusammenlegbarer Kran beinhaltend einen aufrichtbaren Masten (3), (5), an dessen Spitze in einer Achse (6) ein Auslegerfuß (9) schwenkbar gelagert ist, dessen Ende die Schwenkachse (11) eines Auslegerkopfes (12) trägt, während ein Seilsystem (26) es erlaubt, das Entfalten des Auslegers (9), (12) und des Mastens (3), (5) zu steuern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß überdies zwischen dem Auslegerkopf (12) und dem Masten (3), (5) ein Seil konstanter Länge (13) vorgesehen ist, das flaschenzugartig zwischen zwei Rollenzügen (14), (15) angeordnet ist, deren variabler Abstand (16) positiv durch Mittel gesteuert wird, die sukzessive seine Vergrößerung, dann seine Verkleinerung während des ganzen Entfaltungs- oder Aufrichtmanövers hervorrufen, was zum Effekt hat, die Öffnungsgeschwindigkeit des Winkels (39) zwischen dem Auslegerfuß (9) und dem Auslegerkopf (12) zu Beginn der Entfaltung des Kranes zu verzögern, während im Gegensatz dazu am Ende der Entfaltung, wenn der Auslegerfuß (9) schon vom Kopf (5) des Mastens sich entfernt hat, die Entfaltungsgeschwindigkeit des Auslegerkopfes (12) bis zu seiner Fluchtungslage mit dem Auslegerfuß (9) vergrößert ist.
2. Aufrichtbarer Kran nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Rollenzug (14) des Flaschenzuges hinter der Anlenkung (6) des Auslegerfußes (9) an der Spitze des Mastens (5) liegt.
3. Aufrichtbarer Kran nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Rollenzug (15) des Flaschenzuges transversal angeordnet ist, um in einer sich längs erstreckenden Gleitführung (19) zu gleiten, die fest mit dem Kopf des Mastens (5) verbunden ist.

Aufrichtbarer Kran nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Steuerung der Gleitbewegung des zweiten Rollenzuges (15) in der Gleitführung (19) einerseits einen Stößel (20) beinhalten, der auf der Transversalachse (19) des zweiten Rollenzuges (5) angelenkt ist, zu dem er senkrecht liegt, während sein anderes Ende an dem Kopf (21) eines Pleuels (22) angelenkt ist, dessen Fußende andererseits fest mit dem Auslegerfuß (9) verbunden ist, mit dem zusammen es um die Achse (6) in der Mastspitze schwenkt, so daß ein Mechanismus mit drei Schwenkachsen (6), (21), (18) verwirklicht ist, die parallel untereinander sind, wobei dieser Mechanismus sich zu der einen Seite und der anderen Seite einer Totpunktstellung verformt, in der die drei Achsen (6), (21), (18) fluchtend zueinander liegen, nämlich:
― die Achse (18), durch die der Stößel (20) auf dem zweiten Rollenzug (15) des Flaschenzuges verschwenkt;
― die Achse (21), auf der der Kopf des Pleuels (22) auf dem Stößel (20) verschwenkt;
― die Achse (6), mit der der Fuß des Pleuels und der Fuß des Auslegers (9) an der Spitze des Mastens (5), (3) verschwenkbar gelagert sind.
5. Aufrichtbarer Kran nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich während einer ersten Aufrichtphase der Mast (3), (5) und der Ausleger (9), (12) sich in einem reduzierten Raum aufrichten.
6. Aufrichtbarer Kran nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die variable Flaschenzugeinrichtung (14), (15), gesteuert durch die Verschwenkung des Auslegerfußes (9), es während der ersten Phase der Hebung des Auslegers ermöglicht, die Öffnung der Spitze (12) [Winkel (39)] durch Kompensation des Seiles (13) zu verhindern, während, im Gegensatz dazu, dies die Öffnung des Winkels (19) des Auslegerkofpes (12) auf dem Auslegerfuß (9) ermöglicht, wenn der Winkel (33) des Mastens und des Auslegerfußes einen Wert in Größe von 45° erreicht und dann überschreitet, wobei sich die Entfaltung dann schnell vollzieht, ohne daß der Auslegerkopf (12) an den Mast anschlägt.
7. Aufrichtbarer Kran nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge (37) des Auslegerkopfes (12) um 85% größer als die Länge (38) des Auslegerfußes (9) ist.
