Claims (3)

  1. Maschine zum Falten und Stapeln von Wäschestücken, insbesondere Bettlaken, die vor einer Mangel einer Einheit aus Wäschetrockner und Bügelmaschine aufgebaut ist, umfassend einen Förderer mit mehreren parallel laufenden Bändern (A-B-C-D), welche die Wäsche während des Faltens und Stapelns transportieren und sich nacheinander vor mindestens einer Station (7,12) zum Längsfalten der Wäsche (5,11) bewegen, der ein Sensor (6,10) vorgeschaltet ist, der das Ankommen und Vorbeilaufen eines Wäschestücks (3,5,11) signalisiert und das Einschalten der Längsfaltstation (7,12) und deren Ausschalten in Wartestellung für das Ankommen eines folgenden Wäschestücks steuert, sowie eine letzte Station (14) zum Querfalten, Stapeln und Zählen der fertig gefalteten Wäsche (43), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querfaltstation (14) oberhalb der Transportbänder (A-B-C-D) eine Zange (31) aufweist sowie eine Guillotinenplatte (37) in Form einer senkrechten, sich in Längsrichtung des Bandförderers erstreckenden Platte, die unter und zwischen den beiden mittleren Förderbändern (B,C) angeordnet ist und mittels eines Zylinders (38a) vertikal beweglich ist, um das Wäschestück in der Mitte und mit gleichem Abstand zwischen seinen Rändern (13) quer (42) zu falten, und einem Eggenteil (34), das aus senkrechten Platten (35) besteht, die seitlich beidseits jedes Förderbands mit Ausnahme des Zwischenraums zwischen den beiden mittleren Förderbändern (B,C), in dem sich die Guillotinenplatte befindet, angeordnet sind, wobei diese Platten (35) in ihren unteren Bereichen durch eine Grundplatte (36) starr verbunden sind, die sich quer unter den Förderbändern (A-B-C-D) erstreckt und sich vertikal zwischen einer unteren Position, in der sich die Oberränder (35a) der senkrechten Platten (35) unter dem Obergurt der Förderbänder (A-B-C-D) befinden, und einer oberen Position, in der sich die Oberränder (35a) der Platten (35) in etwa in halbem Abstand zwischen der Zange (31) und den Förderbändern (A-B-C-D) befinden, bewegt, um das Wäschestück von diesen Bändern abzuheben, wobei die Zange (31) zwischen einer ersten Position, in der sie das Wäschestück (13) im Bereich der Querfalte (42) faßt, und einer zweiten Position, in der sie das gefaltete Wäschestück (43) auf einer Stapelstation (46) ablegt, beweglich ist.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querfaltstation (14) Vorrichtungen zum Steuern (40) der Aufwärtsbewegung des Eggenteils (34) aufweist.
  3. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querfaltstation (14) einen Luftstrahlsensor (39) umfaßt, der durch Unterbrechung seines Luftstrahls die Funktionszylinder (38,38a) des Eggenteils (34) und der Guillotinenplatte (37) und alle Teile der Station steuert.
