procédé caractérisé en ce que :
- on réalise une couverture (102) avec au moins un rabat (102A, 102B) solidaire de la couverture en y étant relié par au moins une ligne rainée,
- on soutient le corps de l'ouvrage par la tranche de devant, de part et d'autre, de la plaque de soutien d'encollage,
- on appuie le côté arrière de l'ouvrage contre une plaque de basculement (110),
- on souffle un jet d'air (111) contre le panneau avant de la couverture pour maintenir en place le rabat (102A) correspondant,
- on fait basculer l'ouvrage (101, 102) pour le mettre à plat tout en continuant à souffler contre le panneau avant pendant au moins une partie du mouve­ment de basculement.

- un poste de basculement (107) pour mettre à plat chaque corps d'ouvrage muni de sa couverture en sortie du poste d'encollage (100), ce poste (107) com­portant une plaque d'appui (110) basculant entre une position verticale et une position rabattue, cette plaque recevant l'ouvrage en position verticale après encollage, pour le soutenir pendant l'extraction de la plaque de support et le faire basculer en position ho­rizontale,
installation caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte :
- un dispositif d'appui inférieur formé par au moins un organe d'appui (108, 109) venant d'un côté (ou de part et d'autre) du chemin de passage des pla­ques de support (104), ce dispositif solidaire en mou­vement de la plaque de basculement (110) soutenant l'ouvrage par sa tranche de devant,
- une buse à jet d'air (112) dirigée vers le panneau avant de l'ouvrage arrivant dans le poste de basculement (107) pour souffler un jet d'air (111) contre le panneau avant de l'ouvrage pendant, au moins, une partie du mouvement de basculement entre la position verticale et la position couchée pour soute­nir la couverture et éviter que le rabat correspondant ne vienne se replier vers l'avant.
