Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Briefordnerdeckel (1), welcher im Klebe­ kaschierverfahren unter Verwendung von Kunstharzdispersionsleim hergestellt ist. Die einteilige Kartondecke (8) wird zunächst mit einem einteiligen Kunststoffaußenbezug (9) mit Kantenumschlag ver­ sehen. Anschließend wird ein einteiliger Kunststoffinnenbezug ohne Kantenumschlag angebracht, der jedoch die umgeschlagenen Ränder (12, 13) des Kunststoffaußenbezugs überlappt. Danach wird von der Außenseite des Briefordnerdeckels her beidseits des Brief­ ordnerrückens jeweils eine durchgehende Nutung angebracht. Dabei ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß der Kunststoffinnen­ bezug (14) im Bereich der Nutung (5, 6) an seinen Rändern (22, 23) jeweils ausgespart ist.
